Horrible great staff tho

I only liked the area it was in

Everything it’s giving motel vibes not a hotel at all it smelled funny had Stans all in the carpet it needs updated very old and the pool has been closed for over 4 years

The location/air conditioner was ok

The pictures on line were false advertising because the room had stains on the walls and cover had holes and tub looked like some type of paste was put in tub to cover up condition of tub. Did not know pool was closed til check in and elevator inspection was out of date. The TV had a line down middle like it was about to quit working. The sofa look like it came off the curb of a street and just nasty with stains.

I really like the location of this Sleep Inn-it is a very comfortable place to stay.

Really no breakfast to speak of although I appreciated the bottled water.

The room cleaners failed to make my bed the one day out of three I stayed there. I was not happy about it.

The state was decent you get what you pay for

I like the pricing of the hotel. I was looking for something of value that I could come in the city and out without greatly impacting my pocket.

I didn’t like the pillows. And the carpet had stains. The chair in the room the faux leather was coming off.

The worst experience I’ve had at the location.

Upon arrival the fridge was frozen up, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, less than half a roll of toilet paper with no spare roll and at 8 am when we went to breakfast the waffle maker was not on.

Location picture on booking is deceiving places needs to be bulldozed. The lobby and hallway were so heavy smelling with

The location was great. Close to restaurants and shopping.

The bath tub was very slippery, my mother fell getting in the shower. She didn't get hurt but it needs some grip on the tub floor.

AC unit didn’t work right in the room found roaches in the bathroom when I went to talk to the front staff no one was there waited 20 minutes even called the hotel with no answer

subpar & I usually love Sleep Inns

The desk clerk was very nice, patient & helpful. I was worried there was a legit fire on my floor because of the smoke & tenants there. She offered to move me to another floor which was very appreciated.

It was old, dirty & dingy & in desperate need of a remodel. Also someone on my floor was cooking food in their room & burnt something & the smoke was permeating the entire floor & the floor beneath.

The raccoons that invaded the dumpsters were cute

Everything, room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches, mold, hair, stains, you name something gross, it’s featured here.

The ac was great but leaked water on carpet it was wet loud fan in bathroom no housekeeping said you have to request it since when pool and excercise room shut down carpet in hallway stained and dirty front desk what a joke breakfast too sad 😢 beds awful didn't sleep at all this place is way to expensive it's in horrible condition rooms smell wet will never stay there again so disappointed
