Our room was bearable but really needed redecorating. Peeling paint in the bathroom, lightbulb out and rust.
Uncomfortable bed -if one person moved the other side moved too.

LaQuinta Inn was very nice looking from the outside. Even tho there was construction going on round the area, it was quiet and clean. We were greeted warmly and told the easiest way to get to our room. The room was clean, with no smells. All the things we would need for our stay. Will come again on our way through.

The room was ok. Carpet was frayed in end of room, smell was an odd soap or cleanser, water not very hot and pressure was almost nothing next morning. La Quinta is known for pet friendly hotel but check in was not real friendly intimidating signing waiver for pet. Very little pet area for walking.

Nobody at the frontdesk at the night
I forgot my key inside my room and couldn't get copy of my room key.
It is mentionned no vacancy but there was nobody from 00h30.
There was people awaiting for their checkin and other.
I waited for 2h then I made copy of my room key by myself by reading the instruction on the desk.
It was the worst trip that I never experienced

The carpet in the room was very dirty

Can’t understand why they would put us in a room with wet carpet. We thought they meant damp floors… but socks definitely mopped up water at spots. Just odd.

Very pleasant stay and would stay here again. All staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.

A nice hotel, some things are a bit dated or worn, but they are doing renovations that should take care of that. Very close to the Mighty 8th Air Force Museum. A nice hot breakfast in the morning.

the staff was friendly. This location seems to be managed by a company that maintenance is not a priority. Broken furniture and cabinet doors were missing in both rooms.
The best of the stay was the comfortable mattresses.

Easy stay! Quiet. Parking was plentiful. Great value for our room. Breakfast was good, as well. Staff was very welcoming!

Very nice property. Construction near property made challenging to get in and out. Also noisy during day

No hassle during check in & very pet friendly. Have limited parking maybe 40 or less spaces in total. But overall a great experience. Would recommend and I would also book another stay here. Rooms were clean and came with complimentary soap and shampoo.

Tv didn’t work in our bedroom and front desk said they would come look but never arrived. Excluding that, it was a very clean and nice suite.

The lobby was nice as was the breakfast. The room booked was "accessible" but was just a standard room with too much furniture and the bathroom was of standard size. The toilet had not been cleaned and the previous guest had a problem! There was no bath mat, only one bath towel and at least one of the pillows on the bed had no pillow case. I'm done with La Quinta.

Tv remote missing back. 2 outlets uncovered. Floor lamp didn’t work.

Convenient proximity to I-95 and gas station. Breakfast was good. We found the mattress to be extremely hard, and as a result, had a restless night. Room was somewhat clean, bedspread had a crusty spot.

Bed is too high to get in to. There is virtually no quilt or anything like that to cover up to sleep comfortably.

The hotel is so new it's nice but the staff doesn't care and would rather play on the job than do it. Breakfast might as well stop at 8 they will not refill it.

Breakfast was ok they had expired milk in the fridge I asked fo fresh milk and they got it for us. There was an incident with a faulytt fire alarm fire department cane and no one at this hotel was informative or directing anyone to evacuate and no one explained to any guests when it was safe to come baxk into the hotel that i didnt like or appreciate the #1 priority should always be the safety of your employees and guests

Fixtures looked rusted, toilet flusher broken, hotel a bit run down overall. Apparently undergoing repairs because there was a bag of electrical parts outside the door of every room on our floor. Staff was lovely, however.

Our room had dirty carpet that I never stepped on without shoes. The electrical outlets were missing covers.
But the worst part of the room was the bed which was very hard and uncomfortable.
