Everything was great. Easy check-in and the room was inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast could of been more but it was sufficient.

Quick overnight driving home from vacation. Rooms were clean, shower was pretty good. Towels could stand to be replaced. A little worn. Pillows were good, bed for me was a little hard but thats personal taste. Door scraped the floor and ceiling over 1 bed had a big waterspot

Check in was very long, but I understand computers and programs don’t always do what we expect. There is a mildew odor in the rooms along the corridor past the laundry room. I stayed in the other wing of the hotel 5 days ago and did not notice this odor. I have a highly sensitive sense of smell, this odor was slightly off putting. The bed was extremely comfortable, I slept well with no aches upon waking. The breakfast presentation was a little lackluster and basic, but it was a nice variety of offerings. The people were very pleasant! Everyone I saw on both my one night stays in the past 5 days was delightful. It’s evident that they care about the people who choose to stay with them. I would definitely stay again.

This hotel was a good basic stay for a night during our travels to Florida. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that some of the other travelers staying there were a little shady.

Staff was polite, room clean, basic provisions. Basic TV channels no TV guide. Continental breakfast basic, had to wait till 6am even though it was all sitting out? Really?

I only stayed for one night as I had to take an early flight the next day. The hotel does need to make upgrades to their furniture i.e. sofa because it was badly stained. I didn't want to even sit or put anything on the sofa.

Everything is great, except couple of things. Breakfast is very limited. Not all the stuff is friendly.

The breakfast area was very messy. We came down at 7 (open at 6am) and no coffee, cereal bowls or waffle batter. The microwave was filthy and we had to clean it before use and we helped the desk clerk make waffle batter. When we asked for bowls clerk told us the no more would be put out today!

Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to original room smelling like mold/mildew. 2nd room we got in the AC would not turn off so it was freezing all night. We just dealt with it since it was only a 1 night stay.

The wifi was nonexistent.
Checking in staff did not know of restaurants in the area.
The morning lady was not a sympathetic when the waffle maker broke and mixture all over the place. I cleaned up myself.
The lobby had a musty smell.
The room was clean, and the shower was good pressure but tub floor was slippery.

We liked the check in clerk veri nice and polite. What we did not like was the evening clerk not so helpful, our room did not have a hair dryer and when i asked for one she told me that my room did not have one because people steal them
Our tv was broken, after a few minutes of watching tv the screen will go all black
The faucet in the shower was broken.
Breakfast: the clerk was really grumpy. Was playing a show on her ipad that was really loud, so much she couldn't hear the guest.
The waffle maker was broken and when guests advised she got mad.
Sadly we will not return, too bad i used my reward points to book this hotel :(

I could open the window and air the room. Big benefit for me and so uncommon in other hotels. The lady at front desk was extremaly nice.

Stay at the hotel itself was minimal, but for that minimal time it was pleasant! Had we been in the room longer, the quality may be questionable. Overall, recommend for a night or two!

I leave in the dark and come back in the dark. All I look for is a shower and a bed.

The room and hallway smelled of urine and towels and wash clothes were filthy. We got fleas on us, there was no sleeping. Mold, used soap in shower some kind of stuff on curtains and bed sheet

Was not aware that the hotel had no elevator until check in. When I told the desk person that my husband just had a heart attack and couldn’t manage stairs her response was ‘sold out, sorry’ when I asked about assistance with bringing in our belongings I was told ‘no’. The bathroom had no power to the outlet for the hairdryer, when I called the desk the response was ‘ohhhh’. When I asked if there was a different hairdryer I could use it seemed to be an inconvenience.
Sheets were stained, towels were thread bare, room smelled, and there were baby roaches in the sink.
Front desk staff could care less, she spent most of her time on her cell phone.

Affordable and a nice staff. Accommodations are very minimal though. There is no room coffee maker, only 1 chair at the table and poor lighting in the bathroom but the bed was comfortable and the shower was fine.

Arrived late at night and there was a computer issue. The staff was on phone with helpdesk for over 40 minutes. Slightly irritating as room was pre paid at it was very late at night after a long drive. Staff was frustrated and the night manager was not pleased I reached out to online support to see if I could move hotels as she got call while I was standing in lobby. This morning same scenario with issues during check out.

This is a nice hotel with rooms that offer 2 Queen beds and a pull-out sofa, ideal for our family of five. Unfortunately, there was a very stale, stinky odor in our room, likely from the A/C. They need to figure out a way to remove the humidity.
