Magnolia is convenient to I-95, and far enough from the highway that it provides a quiet night. As other reviews mention, it would be a better place if it served breakfast, and our toilet was pretty close to the floor.

I had never stayed stay at this hotel so i wasn't sure about it. However it ia well maintained and clean and i have no complaints with the condition of the hotel. I would say the walls are thin as talking could be heard from an adjacent room.

Nice small hotel. The members price was really good so I took a chance. The rooms was very clean. The carpet in the elevator was very worn from the carts so it gave a less attractive appearance. The odd thing was after we checked in on Friday night we never saw a person working in the place for 3 days. The room was done daily but never a person at the desk. Also other than a coffee pot in the room and a coke machine there was nothing to eat. All that being said I would stay there again at that price.

I have never walked in a room and can smell the clean sheets. The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely book here again

Free parking. Elevator on property. Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. Microwave, refrigerator, and safe in the room along with iron and hair dryer. Less than 20 minute drive to River St. Very pleased with my one night stay.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. Check-in was quick and handled professionally. Thank you for a great stay. I would recommend getting a new marquee. It gives the appearance of being run down but was not the case.

The exterior looks good but inside needs improving. The carpet isn't been kept up. If you're a person that requires daily cleaning, i don't think you'll get that here. They came around and asked if we needed fresh towels. The first day i didn't need the room clean but the following day while i was out, i expected to come back to a made bed and freshly clean room but i didn't. I only received new towels and the trash was emptied.

For the price, this property checked all the boxes. From the road, the sign makes it seem sketchy, but don’t let it fool you! Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly & quick. For a fast overnight stay, it is perfect!

Stayed here overnight to visit a friend living nearby before continuing to FL. The hotel was easy to find (close to I-95 but no noise), had basic amenities (all I needed was a quiet, safe and clean place for the night) and just overall fit the bill.

1)When I requested to check out at 12:00 pm instead of 11:00 am I was told I would be notified. At 10:30 am they called us and asked to leave. When I talked to guy to give me some times as I have kids he said either pay $35 or he will call the cops. It was the most scary stay. Expedia should check people before putting these hotels on their website 2) AC not cooling all night 3) dirty and smelly room 4) I was charged $115 and the room was only for $60 I am so disappointed with Expedia that I am not sure I would use their service again
