Had to switch rooms due to cockroaches crawling out of the dishwasher. Other than that it looked and smelled clean. Beds were terrible! Like a cheap memory foam. Employees were very kind and friendly. Probably won’t be going back.

Nothing like the pictures I saw on line. New owners, needs a lot of repairs.. The housekeeper didn't clean or change the beds, no towels washcloths. No hot water... number things wrong. I did a lot of complaining...

Great location and rooms in surprisingly good condition, fair price. Clean bathrooms, everything within the room was in working order, nothing broken. Everything was clean and neat. Only complaint was the bedding needed an update as the mattress cover was nonexistent and I had to sleep on an extra sheet so I wouldnt have to sleep on the bare mattress itself.

the ladies at the front desk were both very nice. check in was quick and easy. the room(s) were much more than I expected! !! a full kitchen and plenty of walking around space. magnificent floor plan. simply amazing. the location put us right where we needed to be. we definitely could and did make ourselves at home.

The rooms are filthy. Run down hotel. Nothing like what the pictures show. Pool not available either. I did not stay there and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!

The hotel was surprisingly larger than it appeared to be from the road. The rooms were nice and spacious, they had a TV in each room (although, one would not play in English, so we had to use the others), the full kitchen worked great :no complaints there. I did not like the stairs and that the ice machine did not work. The hot water was also not working, so the lady at the front desk said she would get someone to fix it and was kind enough to let us use the shower in other rooms, The rooms were clean and I like how pretty the towels were set up in the bathroom. It may have had a few problems but over all we really liked staying there.

The room was dirty with hair and dirt all over bathroom floor on our arrival. No bath size towels to dry off with. They had them but you had to complain to get them. Towels were all stained and dirty looking. One bed was so close to the side wall that you could barely squeeze by to hang up your clothes. Staff was friendly. One little housekeeper did an excellent job.

This hotel was bottom of the line, TV from back in the 80s with no clear picture, hard mattresses people living there, all bad . Continental breakfast was a joke.

This hotel was scary. It was located in a bad area first of all but the hotel room itself was dirty and there was a weird smell. My father and I stayed there for a night and I contemplated losing out on the money I paid for the room and going somewhere else. I only stayed because my father didn't want to see me waste the money and I took comfort in him being with me. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the towels had stains on them. The beds didn't even have fitted sheets. They only had top sheets that they laid over the mattress. My father and I slept or tried to sleep at least on top of the blankets. I barely slept as all night I kept checking on my vehicle to make sure it didn't get broken in to. When we gathered our things the next morning to leave. I opened the mini fridge just because I thought that may be where the smell had been coming from and wanted to investigate. I was sorry I did. The fridge was indeed the source and had towels lined throughout that were soaked with water. The bottom of the fridge had a few inches of standing water as well. It was disgusting. I would not recommend staying here at all. I will never stay there again.

My stay at the Sierra Vista, AZ TraveLodge was great! They think of every detail to make your stay pleasant. Coffee in the room, a nice breakfast the next morning. Microwave oven, mini fridge. Iron and ironing board. Free wifi, great TV. I will definitely stay here again.

We myself and husband try making the best of what we walk into, were very tired and unhappy there was an old box tv took 15 minutes to turn on and had to call reception for help, phone was not working in the room we had to leave room to call for service it was broken, they told us pool was available when we got there they had it under work we are from Arizona and it is hot hear till November also we use it for were therapy. nozzle in showers did not work properly. breakfast should been some nutrision fruit serve it was all breading and coffee choose of cereal, bagel,waffle not good! pillows need to be replaced.

I had to mive my arrival date up one day with expedia and the staff at the hotel went out of their way to accommodate.
The reason for the stay there was for a project I had going locally and is a good place for guys to save costs while working out of town.

Suite was only available upstairs, decor late 60s. Couch sunk in so deep, need a tow truck in get pulled out. Bathroom similar to Bates motel, only smaller with an open exhaust fan that sounded freightliner without mufflers. Bed was one step above sleeping on a side walk. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for.

Alright for 1 night, but would never stay there again. Needs to be torn down and built all over again. It was clean, but hard to notice it was because it was so old and outdated. There was duck tape on the floor to patch up holes. Afraid to walk around because there were so many holes in the floor.

The room was clean, but when I used the bathroom the toliet leaked from the base. I did complain, and the lady at thefront desk gave us another room. My daughter thought the bed was very uncomfortable, and the pillows were lumpy.We would not choose that motel again.

They need to fix the doors to the outside . You could see daylight around the door when it was closed.

The Hotel needs better maintenance work. The shower floor was chipped, closet doors were missing, kitchen had no utensil, and the entrance door didn't close well. Cheap rooms for the cheap price.

In booking a Super 8 I only expected two things, Clean and comfortable and I got neither! The day we checked in the room was okay and the bed was comfortable. Then, before we went to bed, WE were asked to move because the people in the next room wanted to party all night?? Shouldn't they have been asked to move? Then, they put us in a much larger room, good right? Well, the bed felt like a side walk and the pillows were so flat you could read the paper through them! The coffee pot had coffee in it from the guest before, and it was still in the pot when we left. If something as small as the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned out, then all I could wonder was what else wasn’t clean. I realize it is a lower end hotel; I wasn’t looking for Wireless internet, a spa, or even fancy towels, just clean and comfortable…. Do yourself a favor and pay a few bucks more for a nicer place.

The location was not in a great area of town.When we entered our room the carpet looked very worn and not the cleanest. I put a towel in the tub before I took a shower so that I didn't have to step in it with bare feet. This place needs a major update.

Great price for something simple,complementary breakfast is great.Right outside the main gate into Ft.Huachuca perfect place for Military family's to stay.Being able to check in at 18 years of age is very convenient.Motel staff very friendly & helpful.

This was in the old part of town and didn't have great eye appeal....however the staff was pleasant and the room was temperature controlled perfectly, clean and no weird smells.
