It could of been better!

Close to gas station

Close to the gas station but when we booked in he’s gonna tell us we can’t run in and out all night long! First off it was me n my fiancé, we are grown in our late thirties. If we feel the need to walk outside to take a walk go to the gas station or even get fresh air just because u hear our door open and close a couple times don’t have to make u grumpy like that, plus we paid for the room and deposit so if we went on 5 beer runs we paid for it. Not saying we did. We got a hot shower and went straight to bed to wake up early to go to Tucson but it’s besides the point this guy at the front desk trued to act like a father and ask all these questions. U dnt have a 5 star hotel matter of fact our room felt like a prison cell how small and compact everything was. Would only stay if I absolutely had too other then that I rather go down the street to knights inn!

Disgusting run down over priced hotel

Nothing was good about this place.

There was mold in the shower. Multiple holes throughout the room, extremely dirty. I will not be staying here again

I was terribly disappointed with room, facilities and service. Never stay there.

nothing I liked except location and price was okay

room was much smaller than last time I stayed two yrs ago: room was dusty, old furniture crammed into room, cig burns on old bedspread, old AC in wall was noisy, no ice machine, coffeemaker could not be plugged in unless TV was unplugged - so - no coffee. I had had a fine experience (6 of 10) with their economy room facilities two yrs ago - but it was like different owners. No one was willing to change my room - even for a different price, and I had one of three cars that were in the motel lot the entire 3 days. Never stay there!

The location is ideal but the stay could have been much better!

The location was convenient to where we coming to Arizona for. The staff was friendly.

There were no strips in the bathtub to safely take a shower. There was no heat in the room. When I addressed the bathroom concern I was informed that it is an old building. There is Lowes down the street that can help to resolve many of the safety concerns. All it takes is a little iniative.

It was creepy, it smelled and everything was stained

It was creepy, it smelled and everything was stained. We left. We are still trying to get our money back. Everytime you go to the property or call they say the manager is not there. It is family owned and they live on the property.

The worst hotel experience ever at a place that we used to look forward to staying.

I just stated in the multiple choice section that didn't really like anything , except for my fiance's company and our great times together staying warm , that's the only thing that I absolutely loved. Being with her can make any poor hotel experience absolutely delightful and worth suffering for, she's the light of my life, my love.

Unfriendly staff that accused my fiancee of being messy on her last visit....I was not with her on the last visit....she was visiting relatives that I'm not fond of & vice versa...... everyone on this planet knows she is probly the cleanest & most beautiful woman alive

Short but good

Everything was great the staff was great

A few things need to be fixed but nothing that would compromise our comfort of our stay. Like the ice machine was out of service. Got ice next door at circle k.

I didn't stay!!!!!!

I didn't stay due to not being in a safe area, Booking.com had no way of being contacted now I'm fighting to get my money back. The room smelled it was located where you can easily buy drugs. Extremely a shady area not good for a women being by herself I felt very unsafe.

Upon check in we could not check in without paying a 40.00 early check in fee ànd the front desk clerk / owners was rude and tried to make my daughter get out of the car when I went to look at the one room that was ready. The hotel price was over priced for the rooms that we had. We had to have one room was on one side of the motel and the other side. One smoking and one non smoking. I asked for rooms next to each other and both non smoking. There was roaches in both rooms and on the blankets were sticky stuff so we had to not use them and when I brought what was wrong with the rooms I was intimidated by the way that the entire family acted . We had to stay in the parking lot until 9am and we arrived at 5am and when the front desk person that spoke the best English then said that he didn't need us in the car waiting and offered us one king room at a 75.00 more per night and the early check in fee. When I refused he became aggravated. Our key cards kept being deactivated and I had to constantly get them reactivated. On the smoking is where my 17 yes old was there was banging on the on the walls for the entire stay. The owners stayed in the space between the rooms and made it their house. My daughter's room window to the bathroom had no lock on it and could be opened from the outside so we had to use a tray to wedge it closed. On the ads for this motel it said that there were renovations that were made and looked completely different than the ad stayed. I could go on but I do have to say that now my 11yr old won't sleep in his room at home now and he had to hold my and my daughter's arm to sleep. He was completely scared and so was my daughter. I won't give this motel and sds or anything from booking.com due to all of the problems and it would be nice if I could get partial money back because of the pain and suffering that my kids and I had to endure the time that we stayed in the motel.

I did not like anything about the stay!

The lobby was not clean and the people at the desk were not helpful. The room was small, sheets stained, shower leaked, I was woke up at 11PM to the smell of lighter fluid, people next door were lighting a grill and cooking outside my bathroom window. I asked about the internet I could not log into!! I went to the desk for assistance and was promtly told no dogs allowed in the lobby, and the attendent could not understand english?? The coffee pot was dirty and I never located a place for breakfast? This motel is a mess and should be colosed by the Sierra Vista Health Department. Oh well you get what you paid for! I did not stay the 2nd. night booked and checked out before leaving disatisfied, I paid for the 2nd night and did not ask for a refund I just wanted out.

I was there for only one night. All-and-all, the motel room was adequate.

The motel was located near the place I was supposed to be at that day.

I did not care for the $20 early check-in fee. I noticed a few small bugs Sunday morning when I turned on the light.
