The hotel services were very poor and of poor quality, there was not even a single slipper in the room to go to the toilet or bathroom, there was not even a single roll of towels in the bathroom, the windows were single-paned, and the sound of the highway prevented rest and sleep.

Just ok, this is definitely not an 8.6? Maybe 6.6, it’s old, needs flooring redone. Only limited parking too

It was a late check in, after a long day, this is just where you want to relax, the staff was accommodating, and provided me with all the info/ recommendations on restaurants and beach to visit. Property was conveniently located and safe and secured. Room was clean and updated with that coastal vibe. will definitely come back.

Hotel was perfect for a quick stay of a couple nights. However, you can hear walking from the rooms above so try to get a room on top floor.

The room was dusty and needed to be dusted properly. It had trash under the bed. It had roaches. The shower nozzle and water temperature was hard to sync. The guy at the front desk was rude about it. I gave the hotel a chance , but never again. Roach coach motel!

The beds were super comfortable, and we were greeted warmly by Angkit. He gave us great suggestions and also told us about the free trolley we could take to town. The place wasnt too far from the beach, about a mile.

The gentleman at the front desk was amazingly friendly and kind! The hotel was nicely decorated and very clean. Although the hotel is on a main street, the noise was very limited and not bothersome. We loved the location!

The room was clean and the staff was great. Parking on site provided by hotel no additional fee. I love the shampoo conditioner and lotion provided by them. It was a good location to stay with kids.

My wife and I were very satisfied with this place. Loved the atmosphere, felt very clean, and the front desk staff was superb. A couple of not so great things: Mattress was way to soft, and the Ocean View isn't really much of a view at all. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Hotel is crazy loud with road noise and you can hear your neighbors every move. The room comes with a noise machine so that should have been my first sign. 3 nights with zero sleep with ear plugs and a noise machine blasting. They did a good job fluff and buffing the place with the decor, but if you look closely- it’s an old motel. Quality is poor, moldy, paint peeling off where they tried to paint over issues. Water never got hot in the shower, got grief when I asked for more coffee because they had 2 pods in the room for my 3 day stay. Will never ever stay here again and I travel once a week. Gladly pay more for a nights sleep

Was not disclosed 500 feet from major freeway. Would not even check in, and canceled on the spot, and will contest penalty. Went to be near the beach, not a freeway!

Checkin was easy, room was large and remodeled but no coffeemaker. elevator was not working on both mornings so had to take stairs to walk dog. Room lock was a number which you have to use to both open and lock your door if you left (which wasn’t explained properly). Next to 5 Fwy but you couldn’t hear it inside the room so excellent insulation!

Great location! Rooms really could use a microwave. Internet is totally unreliable and that means the tv won’t work either 😒 Needs new mattress Dogs ok but they charge an extra $30 which I don’t remember being disclosed on Expedia

Really nice hotel in San Clemente. Very short drive to the beach with lots of food options close by, some in walking distance. Hotel and staff were both very nice and accommodating.

I had a very nice 1 night stay here. Plenty of places to walk to and many surf spots to drive to within 10 minutes. The staff I interacted with were very nice and seemed interested in me enjoying my stay. They have a nice little coffee table book to let you know about some of the spots nearby.

The shower knob was falling off in our hands. There was no information about the hotel available to let us know where the ice machine was located. The key pad on the room’s door did not light up and was impossible to see at night. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

They never cleaned my room I think because some days I didn’t leave until 10ish and the parking during Sunday thru Thursday wasn’t bad but Friday and Saturday sucked!!!
