This small Motel is a reasonable place to stay in San Clemente. The Owner is on property and extremely kind and accommodating. The room is quite small but doable for a couple. Loved the outdoor area with a picnic table and a small couch with side tables

Dave was super friendly and accommodating. Clean, safe and cozy property in a great location. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing stay at Dave's place! Bed is comfy and Dave is full of advice regarding surfing in the area. I definitely recommend to stay there if you are at San Clemente
