Stayed here for two different days on a there and back road trip to Chicago. Clean rooms. Nice room layout. "Award-winning breakfast" is a stretch. Don't get your hopes up. And, while it's not the hotel's fault, the surrounding roadways are a nightmare. There are some potholes that could destroy your car if you're not careful. Assume this is due to the dead/dying mall next door. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, just be careful driving.

Great area for a business trip. The hotel was conveniently located. The staff was professional, friendly, and helpful. Free parking which was nice. The breakfast had a good variety to select from. The room was comfortable and quiet. There was a family two doors down and I could not even hear them. I enjoyed having a little wet bar area with coffee maker and microwave to help heat up leftovers.
I feel the city needs to update the roads. Major pot holes getting in and out. I wish the laundry facilities were working so I could have washed my clothes prior to coming home. Definitely would stay again

Property was updated and staff was friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was delicious and everything was clean. It was a great stay.
