Excellent

When my son and I arrived at the hotel, I found that the booking service had booked a room that was not accessible for my son (who is in a wheelchair). We were upgraded to a better room with an accessible bathroom and shower. The clerk worked very hard to accommodate us. I appreciate that level of service.

Easy & convenient right off the highway

When I arrived my room smelled horrible on entry like there was a wet smelly dog in there and the sheet had a big yellow stain on it. I went to front desk and they immediately changed my room which was much better except for the heating system which was loud when running. So loud that you can’t hear the TV. Maybe my experience wasn’t the greatest but I won’t be staying there again.

Room is clean, but the noise level is unbearable. Needless to say, a room facing the highway is noisy, but I did not expect the noise to be so loud inside the room. The fridge compressor turned on every 3-4 minutes, with a noise so loud, that it was impossible to sleep. The heater also had a compressor, and the noise was constant. Well over 100db. Try to sleep in that racket! Absolutely not a hotel I would recommend for light sleepers

We booked the hotel because it had a pool. Upon our arrival on Satueday afeternoon the front deck advided the pool was closd for maintance by the muncipality but yet it was open Sunday morning..

Attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing; more than your usual toast and muffins. They had fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage and more. Room was clean and modern.

Old renovated facility that is well maintained. I like that rooms had laminate floors rather than carpet. Best value in the general location.

Clean hotel, interesting smell in hallway but not unbearable. Bed was not comfortable at all and curtains didnt close all the way, used hair clips to make the room dark! Also cable needs to be updated to at least satellite. Continental breakfast was lack luster.

Dry comfortable and affordable, great buffet. Only downside was the hot tub wasn’t working but overall a great stay

It was excellent value. Nice room, good amenities, quiet, good wifi, excellent breakfast, lots of parking, easy checkin. Easy off highway access. Only negative might be the lack of restaurants or general walkability of the neighbourhood. Good if you have a vehicle, not great if you like walking to places.

The property location is accessible and easy to locate and very clean

You get what you pay for. Loose tiles in bathroom, ripped chair, can’t get to fridge, bed was way to soft and the HOT tub was not hot.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable. Excellent choices of breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

There was NO water to drink. It only had a vending machine that only accepts cash! Ordinary water.!!!!!

Room was clean and nicely decorated. Pool and hot tub were awesome. There was a full hot Breakfast including eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles.

We hardly slept. The bed was extremely noisy, sounded like two sheets of rubber rubbing together with every movement. When one of us rolled over or changed positions it would wake the other person. Meanwhile the mini fridge, positioned about 3 feet away from the bed, cycles on & off every 10 min or so.

It's clean comfortable and has easy access to bus routes. Free breakfast is also a bonus as I can grab something to eat before I leave in the morning and don't have to make an extra breakfast stop on my way.

Service & accommodation was superb!

Rooms were spacious and clean.Staff was friendly..if you are lokkng forward to a hot tub, it is anything but "hot"..water spills over to the pool making it the same temp as the hot tub. Did not feel above 90.

Nice place

Great hotel for a reasonable price. Perfect for a getaway to Toronto without having to deal with the hustle and bustle of the big city. Room very clean. Bed clean and comfortable. Nice closet for hanging clothes. BEST part was the shower. It had an overhead shower head, a handheld sprayer, and 2 side sprays. It was absolutely amazing and I took 2 showers a day just to enjoy it. Pool and hot tub were nice. An added bonus was the included hot breakfast. There were various pastries, I highly recommend the chocolate croissants. Toast, oatmeal, cereal, Belgian waffles, bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs. fruit, yogurt, milk, chocolate milk, various juices, tea and coffee. Also lots of restaurant choices within a couple of miles. I would definitely stay here again. Only downfalls, it is right next to the highway, so it can be loud. Also, we were able to hear every word of an argument in another room while walking in the hallway.
