maid was very grumpy, and didn't clean our room till late in the day. Didn't leave enough towels and no bath soap. Ice maker did not work.

The price is okay but could use a little better cleaning. Bathroom door was sticky and the rug felt like it could use a steam cleaning. Maybe all just the result of the previous occupant.

Had a great experience here. Good quality room for the price paid. Every hotel in Downtown Toronto was very expensive. This hotel is about 20-25 minutes from downtown with no traffic and parking was included. Very calm tranquil area. Breakfast was also included, could’ve been better but for what you pay and what you get the breakfast is a minor thing. Close to shopping malls and restaurants that are easy to get to if you have a car. If you don’t have a car consider paying the extra to stay in downtown. Worth the price I paid for 5 nights.

It was a perfect location for us. The staff was very nice and welcoming. We got a room faced to the highway and it was noisy mostly during working days.(Less traffic on weekends) I'll come again but will ask for a room facing the other side

This is a fairly standard hotel that was renovated a few years ago there is a Tim Hortons with in a close walk and a mall area with several sit down restaurants across the highway. I did not notice the noise from the highway in my room or noise from the hall. the rooms have some of the best blackout blinds I have ever run into in a hotel.

They tried to screw me out of my expedia rate. Took an hour of arguing. You have to give 24 hours notice that you want you room cleaned. Stay clean of this place.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. They had awesome plug-ins for chargers & devices. Access to coffee, tea & water 24\7. Tim's, Wendy's & gas bar next door. Rooms had own coffee machine, fridge, iron & hairdryer. Good service when required. Good complimentary breakfast options. Clean outdoor property. The only thing missing was a freezer section in the firdge.

Previous occupant smoked in bathroom. So it was like showering in an ashtray. UNACCEPTABLE !

Everything was amazing we will stay here again. The only thing we didn't really like was you had to request your room to be cleaned 24 hrs in advance or it wouldn't be cleaned and your toiletries would not be topped up. This was due to there covid policy.

Rooms was not very clean, coffee stains on desk, mirror in bathroom not clean, note found behind garbage pail in room, so clearly garbage was not moved. With such obvious things like that, makes you wonder about the things/germs you couldn't see. When I addressed with the manager I received what I felt wasn't a sincere apology. I had emailed her in case I didn't see her before I left and did receive an email back. Just wonder why she couldn't have said to me in person, what she wrote in an email. Will not stay there again

The hotel was right off the expressway. Hotel was by alot of restaurants and things to do like Indoor put put golf and movie theater. The hotel itself was quit,clean,and alot of room to move around.

We planned a visit to Toronto but didn't want to expense too much in a hotel there. So doing my research and reading a lot of reviews I got to this hotel in Oakville. Looked nice, clean and close enough and a plus because breakfast was included. We just loved it, super clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was really good! There were a lot of options, waffle machine, bagels, English muffins, eggs, sausages, cereals, yogurts, apples, juices and free tea and coffee available the whole day.

I booked the weekend here for my husbands birthday. I wanted something that was close to the event we were going as well as somewhere that provided breakfast. Them having a kitchenette was a definite plus to save from buying from out. The grocery store was 8 mins away by car. It was close to a lot of other amenities. the gas station, Wendy's and Tim Horton is literally right next door. I've stayed to a few Quality Inn and have always been disappointed especially with the breakfast and place looking run down and not upkept but I must say that this one will definitely be my go to stay when we go into town. Everything was excellent from the breakfast, the staff, the cleanliness, the smell, quiet, and convenient. I can't wait to book our next visit because we will definitely be back! Thank you for this amazing experience.

The check-in process was easy and fast. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was a good size. The bed was comfortable. Strange to have 4 small pillows on a king bed. Breakfast was fresh and good. Overall, excellent value for the price.

The room that stayed in had all the amenities you would need for an extended stay (fridge, microwave, hot plate, dishes, utensils, sink), Ideal for those who don't alway want to eat out. If you are a fan of Belgium Waffles like I am, you will love the included breakfast. There was other things to eat as well.
