Excellent hotel and hospitality! The room was very clean and put together. Parking was very easy and not too crowded. Staff was very professional and helpful when needed.

Our room was clean and very very spacious. And the bathroom was kept neat and tidy. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee machine.
Breakfast was ok.
As for the $300 damage deposit that everyone is talking about, if you pay it with debit (maybe with cash too), they will do a 10-minute room inspection upon checkout while you wait in the lobby. Then they will refund the money instantly back to the same card that you used. That being said, they will need your physical debit card to make the refund.
If you like to get going after checkout, I would pay by credit card.

There was no elevator, so we had difficulty carrying our luggage upstairs. The breakfast had too many packaged/processed items. There were no boiled eggs or real scrambled eggs. I would suggest offering fewer items but making sure they are fresh and suitable for human consumption.
The parking was good, and the customer service was excellent. I accidentally left my phone charger behind and was able to collect it later, which I really appreciated.
The rooms were clean, but there was a large stain on the carpet at the entrance of the room. Otherwise, I would have given the hotel a full 5-star rating.
