The proximity to the convention center was great. A few minutes walking distance to the convention centre and the iconic Reading Market. The rooms were clean. A bit dated but in the city centre - really nice. The staff was very pleasant and helpfull. We did not have a car so no parking.

I did not get their names but the front desk staff upon check in were great. Super friendly & professional and the check in process was pleasant and quick.
