Bed was too soft to sleep in only got 2 hours of it. The night desk was not friendly asked for a towel for the pool didn’t get one . We had two adults and only 2 bath towels 2 hand towels and 2 wash towels.

As always, Holiday Inn is reliably a comfortable, clean stay. The bed was a medium-soft firmness, the a/c easy to control to a comfortable temperature, and the shower had good water pressure. The hallway (on the top floor at least) had a slight stuffy smell to it but the room had no smell at all. Being right off a major road, the noise from cars could be a consideration for some but traffic quiets down late at night. Check in was quick and easy and so was check out. I would definitely stay again.

Service was friendly . They didn’t read my request so I had to ask when I arrived. our tv wasn’t working the whole time they were dealing with the cable service and wasn’t going to be fixed til Monday. Breakfast was good. Room was clean bathroom fan wasn’t working though.

Great breakfast. Exercise room left some to be desired. Rooms were clean and quiet. Up to date decor and beds. Room had safe. Great hotel for work trip. Will book again.

The room is small for the price that hotel has charged me. I had stayed at HYATT PLACE FRESNO for less price that the Holiday Inn hotel i their room a big and more updated it. Not coming back to this hotel.

I expect better than this for a Holiday Inn Express. I just stayed at one in Prescott, Arizona 2 weeks ago and it was amazing! This one was obviously an older facility and fairly run down. They were painting the outside while I was there which made it a mess to park, but I praise them for upgrading the exterior. My room had stains on the carpet, the black out drape was either cut or broken because it only came down halfway and so the bottom half of the window stayed open and very lit from the business signs across the street and made it very hard to sleep. The microwave took 3 minutes to get a small item to a luke-warm temperature and their Wifi was incredibly slow and kept dropping out. My biggest praise is that though it showed age and things were broken, the room was at least quite clean and the air conditioning worked great. The lady in charge of breakfast spent more time talking to a co-worker who came each morning to eat and drink there as well than replenishing the food or wiping down the tables. When I asked for something, she was not very friendly or helpful. Your breakfast staff member is the "face" your guests see and experience most often so should be your most friendly and gracious staff member in my opinion.

The room had a rather odd smell… musty & mold? There was a strange stain on the box springs. I ended up sweeping the pool due to many leaves & bugs. The hot tub never heated up. Usually I have luck at HDI express.. this one was a miss for me.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were well cared for, and the area felt safe. The parking lot was well-lit at night and had a security guard. This was important to me because I returned late from a concert.

Nice room, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Booked a suite, 1 King bed with double sofa bed that let see an unpleasant stain on the mattress once unfolded.

Room was not cleaned. When got into bed, found a lot of hairs on the bed and also on the pillow. It was too late when I found it and also tired. Front desk lady had a attitude and not even hello or eye contact. She was looking at her phone when I requested check out.
