Check in was a pain, but the hotel was exactly as stated. The front desk guy, Garrett, was a real stink about the check in. The hotel was accidentally placed in a family members name (although paid for by myself). Garrett had us jump through hoops (calling my family at 1 AM) to check in a pre paid reservation. All the while having a terrible attitude.

Our favorite hotel when we stay in Flagstaf. Super clean. Rooms are spacious and very nice! Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Love havung snow right outside our door in the courtyard for my sin to play in.

Skied at Snowball and planned to drive home. It was a blizzard and decided to stay in Flagstaff instead of risking our lives. Great decision. Close to several restaurants clean nice staff. I was surprised when I checked in that there was a $6 parking fee. Since I had to park myself and the parking lot hadn't been plowed.

We didn’t sleep either night we stayed. There was a family above us where the kids were jumping off the beds and stopping their feet most of the night. The first night we called the front desk and they quieted for about 20 min and then started in again. The second night we turned fan apps on on our phones and kept the tv on hit it still didn’t drown out the sound. When we checked out I told the front desk staff and she replied “I know exactly who you are talking about, there are 6 of them.” No offer to comp the room or anything for our troubles.

Nice hotel chain with a full bar, Starbucks and breakfast options. Room was very nice. Only complaint is that they charged me $6 for parking.. seriously? Where am I supposed to park otherwise?

Check in staff was friendly and attentive. When we went to the Bistro; menu and the services needs improvement. We sat in the sofas for several minutes, thinking staff was going to bring a menu as we have stayed in other Marriott's, this was not the case in this hotel. We had to get up after we saw no one assisting us. No one told us we had to order on the counter and then pick our food, until we asked the servers. Food need improvement. The buffalo wings were cold when they arrived and the hamburger looked the same as a Big Mac. We stayed at the Marriott In Oklahoma that same week and the services and food was different from this Hotel. Will think twice to book again here. Almost forgot, I asked for a make-up mirror, as no make-up mirror was in the bathroom and it was never brought to our room during our stay.

We stop here on every trip from SoCal to New Mexico (2-3x year). Initially because of the Tesla chargers. But we appreciate the excellent staff, clean well-maintained property. You have a top notch staff from front desk, to housekeepers, and the staff at the little lobby cafe. We expect good service & good staff at Marriott but this property is even better. Good work!

I realize they were having problems with the water leaking. They had just gotten the water back on at 10:30 pm and we were able to shower but woke up to no water, no coffee..we checked out as soon as we could. And then were told no points due to purchasing thru Travelocity. I still chose Marriott because I was a member.

Even though it's an open lot, they charge extra for parking which was not clear to us until after out stay. Also, there is no free water or coffee AND when we woke up our last day, there was no power in the hotel, which may have been a city issue, but nobody from the hotel acknowledged or apologized for the inconvenience (they could have taken off the parking charges or something??).

Property is very nice and clean as well as the room. Showers big with plenty of hot water. Local restaurant had good food though a bit expensive. Overall, glad we stayed here!
