Worst hotel experience in 10 years. Unpleasant odor when we first entered the main lobby. Check-in process slow and tedious. Key cards difficult to use and door handles operated in a backwards fashion which was frustrating. The worst was when we turned down the beds, there was visible black hairs all over the dingy white sheets, as well as stale popcorn under the blankets! We removed pillows from their cases and they had dark stains on them, as well. We obviously could not stay in that room and didn’t feel confident another room would be any better so we reported this to the attendant and requested a refund so we could go elsewhere. The attendant came to room to inspect and take photos and apologized but refused to provide a refund. He escalated our concerns to the general manager, who also refused to give a refund. We left and called customer service to report our experience. The agent made multiple attempts to contact the hotel, but their calls were never answered so we were told they could not assist us. We will never use Hotels.com again to book a room because the rating system is inaccurate, to say the very least. This hotel was highly recommended by them, and it was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stepped foot in.

This hotel looks as though it should be condemned. I wish I had taken pictures. Looks like it was built 30 years ago and nothing has been done to it since. Only positive was the room was big. Will never stay there again and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

We paid a cheap price under $70 so there's not much complaining. I will say the hotel is really dirty. The bathroom was not clean sheets were dirty.

The hotel does not have enough customers to keep the water hot. We were told to run the water until we got hot water. It seemed to work (luke warm) at 8 pm, but at 8 am, when we wanted to take a shower, it never got hot. The front desk clerk was very responsive, but there is not much he can do if the building is not well maintained.

Water was barely luke warm. Reminded me of summer camp style shower from the 1980’s trying to hurry so I could warm back up. Remnants from previous o. Pants in room. TP in toilet. Washcloth (used) changing on shower curtain.

We liked the convenience off of the highway. We did not like the wobbly showerhead and the water in the pool did not look clean. Paint on outside of door handle. The wall outlet was also loose. The biscuits were hard and not edible on the breakfast bar. We did enjoy the waffles.

check in took a long time. we finally got keys, looked at the room, and promptly turned the keys back in. this place was a dump. my kids kept saying it just felt sketchy...it felt unsafe and super run down. i dont know whatbit used to be, but now that its a hotel its gross!

I've been to this particular hotel several times and use to be in general ok health but this time it was a disgustingly damaged room. the ceiling had water damage, the toilet chain fell off and we had to fix it, the sink had crack damage running from top to bottom, the floor under the bed was not completed, the tub had to have a wash rag stuffed to soak, there was a hole in the wall behind the door in the bathroom, the only outlet you had was an extension cord attached to the side of a table, the security lock on the door was busted off.

My brother in law arrived first and checked in. Upon arriving at his room, he found lamps overturned, wet floor, broken mirror....basically his room was in disarray. The hotel staff did change his rooms upon request. We arrived a short time later and checked in. Our room wss decent but nothing was plugged in. The space that is usually hidden by the trim was completely open. You could see outside through the door trim. We decided to check out the pool. My wife abs kids hust jumped in but when I got to the pool, i noticed a thin film with bubbles in top layer of water in spots. I asked my daughter to see if the filtration jets were even on. They were barely working from what she said. We didnt feel safe and the hotel was very unsatisfying. We asked for a refund and the staff was incredibly rude. We contacted Expedia and was told there was nothing they could do. We continued to argue our case and ended up with a refund on one room and a 50 dollar credit through expedia. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We srrived

Convenient location. Bed was comfortable. But there were ants all over bathroom counter, desk and floor by door, the toilet was barely attached to the floor and the window and door leak, it stormed overnight and it left a big puddle inside the room! The security latches inside door were wore out, when you open door they are suppose to stop the door and it just slides off.

The updates they are doing is going great. This was one of the least expensive hotels probably because of the renovations but it did not disappoint. The shower pressure was wonderful. We only wished the pool was heated and the hot tub was working.

The outside of the hotel was not that standard that I would expect from a Baymont. the room was okay, again not the standard of the Baymont corporation. The advertise breakfast was lacking in every way. If I had to rate all Baymont by the standard of this hotel, I would never stay in another Baymont.

Very disappointing stay. The pool was ice cold, to the point that we couldn't stand to be in it for longer than five minutes. Our room had ants and the tub dripped the entire time. We found a purple washcloth under the sink, which shows they did not do a thorough cleaning after the last people stayed there. The breakfast options were very limited and we found an outdated yogurt in the fridge.

Motel was dirty and had a bad smell. We moved out the nightstand to plug-in a sleep machine and it was so dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was no toilet paper holder, as it was broken. There was people screaming and fighting in the parking lot and hallways.

My only suggestion, upgrade the bed very not so comfortable for people with back issues. Also no tags to put Do Not Disturb on the outer doors for people that sleep in!

Problems: 1. Charge me more than other guests 2. No Iron or board in bed 3. Dirty bed sheets and towels 4. They advertise breakfast and give nothing close to a breakfast. 5. Ice machine was not working 6. Vendor machines was not working 7. I rented two beds and was given one bed. DON'T RECOMMEND

Great visit, they tried and were very helpful. Need more plugs in the room for devices. Found 2 in the room and one in the bathroom..basically the lights were hardwired into a junction box not actual outlets.. this gives the guest very limited options to share an outlet!?

The outside looks like it's abandoned; but the inside was fine. It is obviously an older property which could use some updates, but the overall stay was decent. The staff was very friendly. The kids loved the pool. The room was roomy and comfortable, but the door handle was wonky and it took many, many tries to open the door, which was frustrating. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try the local diners.
