Everything was good.
They were remodeling, my room had a desk chair, but no desk. The phone was sitting on the desk chair, one light didn't work, one of the walls wasn't finished, bed was pretty high off the ground, shower head was good for someone who stood 4ft tall ( I'm 5ft-8in), tv wasn't plugged in, a/c wasn't the best, breakfast was sub-par, the toilet sat so close to the ground that it was really difficult to stand back up, bathroom was very small and trying to take a shower was almost impossible especially if you are closterphobic ( no room in the shower, couldn't even turn around without thinking you were going to fall out of it).

Location. Friendliness of the night staff.
Room we were given smelled of sewage. Front desk personnel (a woman) very nicely switched us to a much better room. The breakfast that was advertised was nonexistent as the staff person who doesn’t did not show up for work. Apparently, the front desk people are not allowed to pull wrapped items from the back and put them in the refrigerator or the bread area.
How to get an ice bucket from the front desk because there are no ice buckets in the rooms. There is also two ice machines -neither of which work.
Hot water in the shower was intermittent. It was easier to hand wash from the sink.
