My booking was not done correctly so I had to talk to customer service immediately. However, they did take care of getting it corrected. however, we booked this motel specifically for the indoor pool. However, when we got there, it said it was closed down. Major disappointment since that’s why we booked with this motel. Then the wiring behind the bed when I pulled it the bed out a little bit so I could plug in my charger for my phone. The wiring for the lamp was sketchy looking. it was taped up with electrical tape that was traveling and coming and done. The icemaker was completely out of order. No ice available of any kind. The bed slept well. The floors were clean but several disappointments.

Like most Motel 6’s, this place is stuck in the 70’s & hasn’t been updated since it was built. The sink drain didn’t hardly work & one of the light fixtures didn’t work. But we weren’t expecting much, we got what we paid for. The pool was closed, no big deal for us. The shower head was awesome 👍.

The room didn't even seem like it was cleaned from the previous guests as many of their belongings were still there. The toilet was broken so we had to keep removing the back to flush it. Neighbors sounded like they were banging on the walls all night.

Stayed here many times. It’s clean. Cheap. Questionable guests. This time they completely failed when are received 8” of snow. Waited a full day to poorly clear lot and front sidewalk. I got vehicle stuck in the lot. Front desk girl barely spoke English and was there everyday and never understood I was requesting snow plowing by in lot. Frustrating and dangerous to get to your car.

Clean, quiet, generally comfortable stay. One thing to note - unlike most hotels, all of the parking is quite a ways away from most of the rooms. Pros and cons with this, but something to be aware of. On the amenity side, my room included a refrigerator and microwave - much appreciated - but no means to make coffee. It is a budget hotel obviously and there is coffee available in the lobby and sometimes hotel room coffee makers aren’t that great. But most budget hotels I’ve stayed at had that amenity. The staff was friendly and all in all it suited my needs.

Very bare bones. Almost no amenities. Not even a box of Kleenex. It was clean and quiet, tho, and the staff was very nice. Didn't use the shower, so can't comment on that. Pool was closed, and the pop machine was out of order. All in all, it was good for the price. If you're just looking for a comfy bed, this is the place! I was here on a Wednesday night, so I can't comment on how it is during the weekend. Would definitely stay again, tho!

My window didn’t lock. The woman at the front desk said, ya it doesn’t. My room was clean but the bathtub had hair in it. There was noise from rooms on each side of me, It is what it is, an inexpensive place to sleep

We just had a car accident which left traumatic car, and had to stay in Hannibal. Our car was totaled that left us stranded, (0 Ubers 0 lyfts one only 24 hour taxi) Most hotels we visit are more expensive because of the amenities they offer, so I really didn't expect a lot, but what they lacked in (alarm clocks with handy phone charger cord) they made up with the true care and compassion they provided us. They even found a a.phone charger block and cord for us to keep our phone from dying while we were calling everyone to help find a way home 2hours away. Each of your staff members at this location deserve a raise in pay.

Not a bad stay for the price. This is an economy motel. No shampoo, no coffee maker, but there was coffee in foyer. The bed was comfortable, the pillow was not. Overall a good stay at a great price.

The first room i was in was okay, except for the shower not working. The water sprayed out the back of the showerhead. The second room smell like its been a smoking room for a long time. The AC did not work very well. There were marks on the walls and floor, and broken tiles in the bathroom. Part of the window was broken. The bed was uncomfortable to sleep on.The one good thing was the overnight front desk clerk did everything she could to help. She transferred me rooms to try to help, which she was quick about. I would not have stayed if I did not need to.

This hotel was very basic but was clean and comfortable. No breakfast & price reflects that. They do offer coffee but nothing else. One thing I will mention is the walls must be thin because you can hear everything through them. People coughing people walking. It was loud like they were almost in the same room.

Staff was practically non existent. Walked in and had to use a phone to get someone to come to the front desk for check in. Called down for towels on the second day and man at the desk yelled at me that he was busy but working on it. Extremely aggressive and rude. Facility is in poor condition and not clean.

It was a very long drive to get there. We walked into the room and AC was off. We were exhausted n wanted to sleep but couldn’t until hours later when it finally cool. There was no trash bin, no shampoo but that was ok with us. As soon as we went to bed. Open up the sheets and it looked like someone slept on it. The fitted sheets were dirty with few hair and dirt on it. The pillowcases were wrinkled in the middle like someone was sleeping on them too. The next day when we return to our room. We noticed new towels on the sink counter but our bed wasn’t made or room clean and still no trash bin or shampoo. I had to go down to office n asked for it. Great location but I won’t be returning.

Photos are far out of date; all lobby furniture pictured is gone. Pool hasn’t been open in two years, which is not conveyed anywhere online except in reviews. Room was clean, quiet, and pleasant, though would have appreciated more than a small bar of soap in the shower.

When i first walked into the Lobby..... I could smell Medical Mariquana Smoke..... Then the room next door was having Karoke night and i complained to the Clerk....all she said was "DID I KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND ASKED THEM TO BE QUIET...... NO THAT WAS HER JOB!!!" Then The Cochroaches on the Wall across from my door was the last straw.... I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Nice staff. Had some ants in room. Took before pictures of room and hallway, the hallway had stains probably from dogs. Will take after pictures also to make sure we get our dog deposit of $100.00 back.

Hotel was okay. Could hear others, walls must be thin but it didn't bother me. Was hardly at hotel anyway, was there for sleep and shower, didn't spend time there. Internet was very bad, little to no connection.

The nicest Motel 6 I’ve been to. The front desk worker was friendly and the room was clean. The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was that we couldn’t control the temperature in our room (at least, there wasn’t an obvious way to). However, a fan was provided.
