They were supposed to clean our room every other day but never came the whole time! We had to go to the housekeeping and ask for cups, coffee, extra towels and soap repeatedly! But other than that it was very comfortable and good breakfast too!

Room was clean but didn't have any trash bags and only a couple of towels. Window of room was broken and would not close completely. Reported to front desk and they offered to change our rooms our give us a discount and I choose the discount. The gentleman at the front desk was so great and very polite. Would stay here again. Patio area was great.

Hotel for the most part hotel was clean, and employees were friendly. Breakfast in the morning could have been extended a bit later than 9:30 should have been until 11:00, not like you had to prepare for a lunch hr. because you don't serve a lunch or a dinner unfortunately. Breakfast was very unorganized and not kept stocked or clean. The room was very disappointing for several reasons. Not enough counter space, only one night table between beds, just a small desk area which the coffee station and phone was set up on (which by the way..coffee was terrible). Bathroom did not have enough storage or counter space for belongings, needed some drawers to store things. Shower was horrible. I have never been asked in a hotel if I wanted room service, I thought that was automatic??? I put out small garbage cans in hallway after second day and never got them back. Walls in the hotel were so thin, you could hear everything from adjoining rooms, which by the way kept us awake all night. I asked the cleaning girl to please do our room the next morning....but that never happened. Time to check out, there wasn't a luggage cart available to cart down to the lobby. Receptionist, explained there were only two for the entire hotel and must be in a room from other guests. But did not offer to send a valet up to help us with the luggage. All and all, Not very happy with my choice of staying at your Hotel. Will not be returning to a Fairfield Inn again.

Nice hotel. Room was clean, comfortable bed, a/c cold, hot & cold breakfast offerings. Overnight clerk was very nice. Hotel keeps main doors locked in the evening & you need to be buzzed in which is an appreciated safety measure. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Friendly employees. Good breakfast. Quiche, scrambled eggs, small bottles of milk, baby yogurts. As well as breads and cereal. Could hear noisy neighbors more than would like. But not horrible.

I was happy with the stay,with 2 exceptions. I thought for a Marriott hotel the breakfast was lacking items to choose from besides no butter,no cream cheese and the broken juice machine. It was a nice breakfast area though. We showed up at the hotel and asked if an early check in was possible. She said our room was ready, but that she would have to charge us a "early check in fee" of $ 30. NEVER in my years of travel have ever heard of such a charge. Basically saying we can offer better customer service, but we are going to have to charge you for it. Very disappointing.

Friendly greeting at checkin. Room was clean and comfortable. However the breakfast room rating was 91.5, the food was average, but the staff in the breakfast area was eating while restocking food on the buffet, even had a mouthful of food as she served a customer sausage that had just come out. Checkout was easy and friendly. It would be nice to have enough towels in the room for all guests (there were 4 of us which was stated on the paperwork with only 2 washcloths and 3 towels in the room). I would stay here again, but not eat the continental breakfast.

The location was an easy access. The breakfast was ok, but not monitored well enough as many basic items were missing, like napkins, cups, coffee. We also did not have towels, which we didn't realize when we came in for the night.

Fast friendly check-in. Mikey at the front desk was fantastic. Very funny and welcoming. Treated us like he was welcoming a guest into his home. Exactly what you would want the first impression you leave on your clients to be. Everything was nicely decorated, clean, with comfy beds. Lots of dining and shopping nearby.

Breakfast and front desk attendant was the only good part about this hotel. Checked in around 9:40pm My room entrance was blocked by housekeepers vacuum, the bathroom was NOT cleaned properly, the towels, shower curtain and toilet was dirty. The internet is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life! Will not go back.
