Phil and Ann's was the perfect place for my quick visit to Charlestown. Room was clean and comfortable, and check in/check out was smooth. Would highly recommend!

It was just perfect! I only have one complaint, I rented this particular room with a door opening outside on the porch to be able to smoke. They still wouldn't allow any smoking outside your door. Unfortunately it rained out entire stay with no where dry to smoke. I understand , but for us smokers it wasn't pleasant. But it is very clean and well maintained with a lot of nice amenities!

We've stayed here before and it keeps getting better with more improvements. Rooms are small but have everything you need. The new look in the rooms is great! Could use a hook or two in the bathroom. Comfy beds, super clean - thank you. There used to be loaner bikes but we didn't see them this time.
