Very noisy area - cleaning of room was not the best. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was on a very low level.

The wifi was non-existing and when raising the issue, the staff told us to go out on the balcony and maybe reach our arm to get signal 🙃
The place has definitely seen better days, however the location is great while still being quiet.

We arrived on evening ferry, and was pleasantly surprised the hotel had a pick up waiting with a "simple life" sign. We had not called ahead and there was only one other guy who also did not order the pick up. When we arrived (we booked standard double room), the room itself was clean but the bathroom had a strong sewage scent. We brought it to the attention of the front desk, and asked to change rooms. There were no more standard rooms aviailable, and they offered an upgrade, at our cost, which we refused. After threatening to book a different hotel, we were given the upgrade at no additional cost. Not once did the manager come to speak with us directly. The upgraded room was larger, but definitely showed signs of age and wear. The sewer smell in bathroom was less but still present. For the rest of our stay, the staff service itself was great. Front desk was very helpful giving directions and advice for exploring the island. When we left "do not disturb" sign on the door, the cleaning staff still left toiletries and bottled water on thr porch.We had to check out very early and they packed some bananas and water for us. Overall, despite the helpful staff and fantastic location, I would consider exploring other hotel options.

We were here 4 nights. Location is good, lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff was really polite and helpful. Everywhere was clean. We didn't like pool area, too much trees around.

Nice budget property in a decent location. Front desk staff is very good. Housekeeping is sloppy on the details but gets its done. I would stay there again.

Weather was poor whilst we were here so never got to use the pool. Breakfast was good and staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Room was comfortable and we had balcony overlooking mountain.

The staff here were wonderful. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk to the beach, and close to tons of fun bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay here.

Quick and early check in by very friendly staff, room was very spacious, clean and modern with a nice view of the pool. Very close to both the main shopping area of Sairee and the beach itself. Hotel has many amenities, including spa, bar, restaurant, nice pool, and can just about organise or advise on anything else you might want to do on the island. Loved the place so much, extended my stay 3 times. Was great value given all the above.

The room deco is generally shabby even tho I had a boutique room. General repairs not completed, loose floor tiles but bed comfortable (firm) and clean, good quality linen change every other day. Pool towels and bottled water supplied daily.

I loved the location so east to get to the beach but quiet enough to sleep peacefully. The superior room was huge and the bathroom was so nice. We didnt use the pool but loved the discountat the spa.

We stayed there to do our diving course. The hotel is just 2 mins away from our the beach. Staff are very friendly and packed us a big breakfast last day we left very early.

We stayed for 7 nights and it was pretty good. The location is perfect and has a nice swimming pool. The reception and other stuff are very nice and helpful. We upgraded our room to bigger room which has garden view. The room is very clean and facility is basic but enough (we borrowed the water boiling which cost 150thb per day). Some reviews mention there are a lot of mosquitos, always keep the door closed and watch out when getting in and out, we did not get any bites. The breakfast was ok( at first you may like it considering it provides both buffet and combo, but after 7 days...) the only drawback is the wifi, 80% of the time it's offline or very bad connection.

Staff at the front desk made this stay exceptionally good. Super helpful with ferry schedules and good advice on which ferrys are more sea worthy than others......and theres big seas out there so it makes a difference if you get sick or not. Very helpful with scooter rentals, beaches and just all around friendliness... which is great when you dont know any of the Thai language. Good complimentary breakfast and restaurant attached to this hotel :)

The room was not very clean and there was a sewage smell near the side of the pool, although the pool itself seemed clean. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants and it was a short walk to the beach. Tha staff was very nice. The breakfast was not so good, food on the buffet was cold and the eggs wee definitely not cooked to order as they were cold as well. I would not return to this hotel.

Older outdated room. Nice pool, nice staff. Breakfast was pretty average. Main issue was our shower didnt work. Originally thought it was the island/Songkran having a shortage but spoke to some others staying there and their shower was fine. Asked the staff to look into it and nothing happened. So only 3 cold drips of a shower for our stay there. Otherwise it was fine to stay at, great location near good food and nightlife.
