Location - central to touristy stuff
Space - roomy apartment, lots ot space for everything
Laundry - working laundry machine with dryer built in
Kitchen - everything was working, fridge and stove
Air conditioner - works well in all the rooms
Bad:

Rough checkin, no email or communication from host, had to call the number while standing outside with our luggage. Host then walked us through via WhatsApp. Scary moment.
Home automation would turn off lights even if you were in the rooms. I had the lights turn off while in the bathroom and the switches are outside the door!
No hooks to hang towels in bathroom.
Staff came to clean the apartment one day without us knowing it would happen.

Check in was simple and communication was great. Unit could use a bit of a touch up but the value of the location and size based on price is incredible!

Everything was great about the unit. Great location. Near shopping and Time Out Market. Stay there a few years ago and would do it again.
