Great space with tall ceilings and fantastic amenities. Breakfast pastries delivered each morning along with fresh eggs, creamer, jams bottled water and espresso pods. Washer dryer combo was an added bonus. So appreciated that they let us check in early since the room was ready.
It’s nitpicking but more counter space or a small holding area for toiletries in the bathroom, as well as some sort of hanging rack for clothing rather than only having dresser. Perhaps replace the dresser with a combo unit. It’ll get a little noisy at night due to late night activities, but that seems to be everywhere you go in Lisbon. The full length window shutters helped diffuse just about all the noise.

Great view. Lovely big apartment. Close to everything including excellent lookout around the corner. Beautiful breakfast each morning. Very friendly staff.
Can be a little noisy at night in the weekend if someone yells out from the street below because you’re in the middle of a city

Everything was perfect!! So spacious, working AC, clean bathroom, working elevator. I used the washing machine to do laundry, which was handy (come with laundry detergent if you plan to do the same). Staff was very responsive to WhatsApp messages. Easily walkable to center of Lisbon/train station to Sintra. I did find the bed to be too firm but that’s a personal preference. Breakfast is pastries, if you like hot protein like omelettes..etc you’ll need request with the hotel or go out for breakfast. But again—personal preference.

The apartment is so chic and tasteful - just perfect for our small family of three. Bed is really comfortable and they give you lots of food for a yummy breakfast.
I read a lot of reviews and so I’m very honest when I write one. Our apartment (2D) was incredibly noisy. It was honestly like being on top of a frat house for a few hours. We could just hear constant screaming from the street below. Even with the doors closed, we could hear the noise like it was in the next room., when we closed the wooden doors, the room was very hot and we couldn’t figure out how to use the air conditioner. If they can figure out the noise problem this really is such a perfect hotel. The neighborhood is amazing.
