The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a lot of choices. The workout room had a variety of options and all of the machines worked. The only deduction in a star was the maid service overlooking making up the hide a bed sofa for our children.

We loved our stay here. Our family stayed in three rooms and all were immaculate! The beds were super comfy, the hallways were quiet and we enjoyed the Lobby area for visiting. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. We were in town for a family funeral and we found our stay most comforting. We will be back.

I was shocked that the roof over the entryway leaked all over and you had to walk across an ice skating rink to get to the front door. No ice melt had been applied. It sure looked like you were just begging for someone to get hurt bad and sue you.. have you let a bid to get that roof fixed ??? Room was great.

Our biggest desire was a clean room and comfy bed... we were not disappointed. We have been on a 2 week western coast vacation, and this bed was the best one.

Hotel was great, room was clean and comfortable and staff was nice. Check in was very quick and easy. The only not positive thing was the pool was very cold and had so much chlorine that it burned our eyes being in the pool area.

Was very pleased with our stay. The beds were comfy and the room was quiet. I pick hotels for their hot tubs and this one did not disappoint, temp was great and pool area was well kept. Would stay here again.

Very clean and quiet, comfortable beds and good pillows. Breakfast of omelette and sausage with good coffee in a bright space with fireplace. Staff was pleasant and happy to be at their jobs! Highly recommend.

The hallways were gross have not been cleaned for a long time. All the decor around elevators were dirty and dusty. Still had Christmas decor up outside. The rooms were ok could use some attention to the vacuuming and dusting. 4 small pillows on a king bed sucks invest in some king pillows. Really would never stay here again

This is where we usually stay when visiting Bismarck. I love having to larger room, so we chose a suite. Clean, friendly, and a great breakfast area that teams/groups can hang out together in even when it’s not breakfast time. My husband forgot his charger in the room and they called a bit later to tell us they’d leave it at the front desk! Super nice of them.

The morning breakfast was sub-par at best and they didn't have any coffee or cups! For the money you pay this hotel you think it would be better and u know they are going to say it because of the pandemic or they short staffed it seems that all this use this excuse but still want more money!

There was a dirty sock that was between the night stand and bed.. it is kind of disappointing to know that the housekeeper or vacuum cleaner missed it…. Otherwise, it was a good stay considering it was for a surgery the next morning.

For the price I expected a more friendly and accommodating experience. Wasn’t terrible but if other options are available I’ll go there. Staff wasn’t very friendly, sofa bed was broken, no freezer in our little fridge, no bathroom fan, I didn’t like the way the lights were set up- anyone using the bathroom at night has to blind everyone else turning on the light because the switch is outside the bathroom. Just the little things that make a place ok and one that’s great.
