I have been staying at Cozzi many times. It is next to the metro station(善導寺). hotel surrounding got many convenience stores. Famosa Chang （滷肉飯）is just opposite the hotel. Starbucks is next to hotel. I would not recommend the hotel breakfast. Room was spacious and I like the Smart TV. can connect to YouTube n Netflix (sign in with your account). It is one of the best hotels. Highly recommended to stay at this hotel.

Housekeeping stole or threw away our necklace that we kept at our bedside table. We came back to the room one day to find many items had been moved around, including my floss picks that had been scattered all over the bathroom floor, and found our necklace to be missing. We contacted the front desk, who suggested that housekeeping may have accidentally thrown it away and claimed that trash had not yet been thrown away, and that we should return the next morning to ask housekeeping to search for it. Upon returning the next morning, the front desk said that the trash had actually already been discarded, and that they were unable to find our stolen necklace. At this point, we were left with no other option but to file a police report for the stolen item. It was extremely unprofessional and rude for housekeeping to move around and spill so many of our personal items, let alone steal or throw away a valuable necklace left on the bedside table, clearly visible. If you do decide to stay here, be sure to leave your valuables in the lock box. We will not be staying here again.

This is my second time staying in Hotel Cozzi. As always, the hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly and approachable. We especially like the location of the hotel. It is easy to get around Taipei from there yet slightly away from all the business. Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel is one block from the MRT and is walkable to supermarkets, convenient stores, restaurants, parks and coffee shops. I also feel safe in the area. The rooms are clean and all staff are tentative, polite and helpful!

Nice environment to stay. Room is clean and tidy, very comfy. Walkable distance to some tourist spots and restaurants! Metro station is just right next to the hotel and the metro exit has escalator as well. Would love to stay here again!

Plenty of convenient stores around. Train station next to hotel. Only downside is the traffic noise as it faces main road and near temple where it will be very noisy with the lion dance and fire crackers. Shouldn’t be an issue if you are an early bird or don’t have young kids who are sensitive to noise.

All in all, I was very satisfied with this hotel. Being adjacent to the train station, it is convenient to Jiufen, Taipei 101, Taoyuan Airport, etc. The room was clean and spacious, and we were able to spread out two suitcases. The view was also nice, The staff was friendly. The lounge was not very crowded and very relaxing. Breakfast salad was fresh and tasty. This is a great hotel that I would not want to tell anyone about. I will definitely stay at this hotel again next time I go to Taiwan.

Easy to access from Metro with tons of convenience stores around. There is a supermarket across the street, and a famous soy milk shop. The bed is spacious and the room is comfort, staff with nice and polite attitude.
