交通便利，附近有公車站和捷運站。有免費停車場，雖然不大，至少有得停。房間、浴室空間都很足夠，有乾溼分離、免治馬桶和浴缸，房內提供的茶包和咖啡包也很特別，床鋪很舒適。
淋浴間的地面會積水、蓮蓬頭的水管不夠彎曲彈性，不好使用。

距離捷運很近
房間及浴室空間算大的
可以免費停車（先到先停），至少有十個車位左右。
各有兩台洗衣烘衣設備（洗劑可以跟櫃檯買）

環境整潔、服務人員態度良好、距離捷運站近、附近生活機能佳、房間寬敞、有洗衣烘衣機、房間提供的潤膚乳好用、插座多，對需要在房間辦公的人來說很方便、吹風機不是按壓式的不會手痠
有些枕頭套有起毛球，門口的鏡子光源不足，照鏡子時太暗看不清

地點是相當精華位置，各硬體是相當精良的，梳妝檯還是沒有鏡子。
馬桶中有毛髮，而且是意義不明的免治自動沖水式，帶遙控機能。
