Second stay at Robin Hood for work, staff are great. Rooms worked well for our stay with kitchens. We used the kayak rental once and the bikes several times.

We thought the room was perfect for a short stay. The room was very clean! Breakfast was super and pastries were excellent. Nice areas to walk to for dinner. Price was very reasonable.

Enjoyed our stay! Staff was really friendly and curteous, beds were comfortable with soft linens and excellent pillows. The remodeled bathrooms were fantastic. They were very dog friendly. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and other juice, tea, coffee drinks available in the greatroom during the day. We did not rent any ebikes or kayaks but would definitely plan on it for a future stay!

Great value for a stay around Victoria. Older motel-style property that has been nicely updated. Inclusion of breakfast, parking and WiFi are not a given these days so having those things was a plus. The room was comfortable and clean.

I recommend Robin Hood if you're going to Victoria, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great, comfortable beds. They could benefit from putting key cards on the doors instead of plain keys.

Room was very clean, and continental breakfast was great, we only stayed 1 night...the only negative was that the heater was noisy at night but that was the only minor inconvenient.

We had requested a gound floor room due to my husband having mobility issues. We got an email saying we would be given a ground floor. We were put on the second floor near a ramp. That was fine until it was time for breakfast. Every morning we had to drive around to the front of the building as the breakfast room was on the ground floor.

There were some guests next to my room fighting all night and again in the morning. I feel that the hotel should have evicted them that evening but they evicted them the next morning. When I brought it up at check out, they did not offer any discount for my next stay or any apologies. She seemed unconcerned that I didn’t have a good stay. I won’t be staying again.

I have stayed in the Robinhood Suites many times for Business and am always very happy with the Service levels and the cleanliness of the rooms. Plus the location can't be beat for being centrally located. They also offer free Shuttle Service and have E-bikes you can sign out. Always great value for your money here. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The washrooms were beautifully renovated, and I appreciated the complimentary slippers they provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing my request to change my pillow. Additionally, the breakfast they served was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

Wonderful hospitality as soon as we walked in the door. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms and bathrooms have been updated and our very clean. The great room had fun games, nice breakfast spread and the best part was the free ebike rental. Great for exploring Victoria!

I stay in a lot of hotels every year (at least 25) and this place is exemplary. Genuinely friendly helpful staff who were happy to check us in early, offer us a coffee and advise that the rear parking made our top floor room more accessible. There were electric bikes for customer use, which we were happy to use and they are good quality ones that we could easily pedal downtown along the waterdside using the cycle paths provided. This is a very bike friendly city. There is a good pool table and a table football game for the guests in a very pleasant lounge. The value for money here cannot be overstated, it provides a great breakfast too. The guys at the deak could not have been more helpful, happily dropping us off in their shuttle when time permitte without fuss or cost. Ours was of a good size with a great shower and plenty of space. A comfortable bed, fridge, good wifi, TV, and a coffee makerThis place should be the blueprint for any aspiring owners of such a business as to how to run a motel, it really is head and shoulders above anything else I've experienced in this price range and puts a lot of more expensive places to shame with the quality and service provided. Well done everyone, thanks for a very memorable stay
