While the place doesn't look like much on the outside, the room/suite was awesome. Staff were friendly and very service oriented. I would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay. The gentleman at the front dest went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. He made sure the 49ers gane was on for us and he gave us some extra razors because we had forgotten ours . The games room was awesome. The fancy coffee machine in the lobby and popcorn was perfect. The ONLY negative is that the first day the shower was cold . It seems like the hot water might be off at night?

I love the fact they provided accommodation rt away and we were all thankful for that. It's good that there's still People that will give anyone a chance without prior booking when traveling. One doesn't know how far they can travel especially if thats there's first trip. Thank you every much.

Many cool knicks and crannies with a gym, coffee maker area, games room (loved the popcorn), very clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Drawback for me was a perfumey smell in the room that I couldn't turn off. Although it smelled nice, I have asthma and it was hard on my lungs.

Nicely renovated property. The rain shower was very nice, as was the heated/lighted mirror. Beds were firm but comfortable, everything was clean, and maids tidied up the room each day. We were on the second (top) floor next to the stairs and was quiet, couldn't hear neighbors/traffic, and slept with the window open. Staff were great. Games room was awesome to hang in with our kids, For the price, would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are cooperative and very friendly. I asked for a late checkout and they offered me that for free. They have a nice coffee machine in the lobby and a nice game room with ping pong, baby foot, popcorn machine, and board games. The rooms are ok. The reason why I gave 4 stars is because they don’t have blind out curtains and they have the projector lights on in the parking lot at night which makes sleeping uncomfortable. There was ample of light coming into the room at night despite having the blinds down. The area around the hotel is residential so it’s great if you have a car.

We stay at this location 5 years ago and it was needing a renovation They have completely renovated the whole property It is really nice now, has a lounge areas with ping pong, foosball, table games and a nice area to hang out and watch the massive tv Also a gym I would highly recommend others to stay there

Lovely new hotel with nicely done up rooms at a reasonable price. The pool would be awesome in the summer and it’s convenient to get to DT or uptown shopping 5 minutes away. Staff were very friendly and accommodating allowing me to extend my stay for a few days. And it’s pet friendly! Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable outside of the hustle and bustle of DT option!

The room was clean and comfortable and has been updated nicely. The staff were very kind and courteous. The amenities are quite nice (the social/games area is kind of fun) and we were able to get to a beautiful restaurant (Glo) within a reasonable 15 minute walk from the hotel. We were also offered snacks on arrival which was lovely. We had nice hot showers in the evening but my morning shower only ever got luke-warm at best (this may have been a one-of item) and unfortunately, I wasn't awake enough to provide them with direct feedback at the time before running to the airport - I have no doubt based on our experience that the staff would have taken our concerns very seriously and get them rectified. It was also a quick, easy location to get to the airport within 25 minutes by car while still offering us the opportunity to explore more of the Victoria area which we appreciated!

Everything was fine except the noise level at night. Multiple rooms around us were partying and management could not do anything to stop it. Disappointed that they couldn’t stop it. After 1AM before we could sleep.

I don't get water bottle inside the room . Mostly every hotel gave at least 2 water bottles. When I call them they we have cafeteria inside you can buy from there
