Staff were very helpful when I forgot my charger and had no issues allowing me to wait in the lobby after check out.

We stayed in the only 3 bed option room. It was super spacious.The front desk made sure to let us know our room is beside the Pub attached to the hotel and there would be live music being played up till 10:30 pm on the Friday and Saturday. The music wasn't loud in our room at all and we don't mind noise so it was great! Be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs for extra exercise to work off the yummy Victoria food! Pool was excellent and empty when we visited beginning of June! Great walking areas and Arbutus park for the doggos! Cheers!

I loved the very comfy beds & it was great to have a fridge in our room, the room was nice & quiet & good parking right at the door!
