We had a great stay at Swans. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Our room was quite large and we had a Juliette balcony. The room was also very clean. We did have a noise issue and after talking to the front desk person and corresponding with management a resolution was found.
We did like the location because it’s in an area with many restaurants and walking distance to other attractions.
We also enjoyed the Swans restaurant.
