The location is the best. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed.
Did notice the dress code and etiquette rules applied differently to different guests.

We loved the old building, built in 1931 (I think). The vibe of the building and staff is elegant and classy in an old way.
Would definitely recommend checking it out. Comfy beds.

The building is really beautiful and classic. The room was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever stayed in. The font desk people were helpful and friendly. I loved looking at all the artwork in all the hallways. Close to the bay, the parliament building, tons of shopping and food. I would stay here again if we ever came back to Victoria.
