Absolutely amazing from top to bottom. Great classy luxurious CLEAN. Properly clean. Check all the corners clean. I thought about adding an extra night to the trip while I was there and I wish I had. They thought of all the little details. Umbrellas to borrow. Razors. Chocolates. I loved that the teas and bubble baths were from small local businesses too! I found them in my explorations and was able to buy more from them after sampling them at the hotel. Really appreciated the dedication to their local community!

We had a really great time during our stay at Magnolia Hotel and Spa. The moment we entered the hotel until we left, all staffs are very courteous, accommodating and helpful. The room is big and very clean. The beds are the best, we all had a good night sleep, no itchiness nor back pain. Highly recommended and we will come back here next time.

I loved everything about the hotel from we arrived until we left. It was clean, the room was spacious and nicely decorated and the service was impeccable! Valet parking was amazing and the front desk staff were all wonderful. Check in and out was seamless and quick and the duty manager even sent up a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine the night we arrived after I commented it had been a long day travelling with two young kids. The hotel is close to everything, but also off the beaten track so very quiet for sleeping. The bed was comfortable and the rain head shower was wonderful. Overall we loved our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to be spoiled and pampered. My two young children and little dog were also made to feel very welcome. If I could find one thing I didn’t like was no pool/hot tub..but we honestly didn’t even miss it once we were there. We’ve stayed at the Empress and the Grand Pacific during previous visits to Vancouver Island but I have to say I enjoyed The Magnolia the best of all. 10/10.

A very modern and beautiful hotel located conveniently in downtown Victoria. It’s close to almost everything - Legislative, BC museum, bug zoo, miniature museum and China town. Lots of food and entertainment around the location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There are cider (season drinks), coffee and fruits in the lobby. The rooms are super accessible and large. Extremely clean with everything you need. Highlights are the free coffee and tea, chocolates, comfy robes and Dyson hairdryer in every room. Would recommend this place to anyone visiting Victoria.

My Lady and I decided to stay here in Victoria for New years. We drove our Lifted Tundra truck. I kinda figured that parking was going to be an Issue being that the hotel was located down town. They Actually had a special spot for our truck👍. Perfect. The whole staff were Very Pleasant, Helpfull, and Friendly. We will be staying there again in the Future.

- early check in request was accepted, so it was great that we can drop our luggage at the hotel once we arrived. - hotel lounge was full of Christmas vibes and the decorate was beautiful. - luggage keeping service after check out was great. we can travel the last day w/o burden of luggage. - shower booth, and bathtub have problem with dog hair. I can find the dog hair was floating when I fill the water in the bathtub, and during the shower the water was not drain well, so it was unclean and not hygenic. - one of the other room, we found brown coloured hair. not sure if it was dogs or previous guests.

The rooms set aside for Expedia reservations are, I think, less desirable than reserving directly with hotel. Our room, which was well appointed and clean, had an annoying mechanical sound. After each system cycle with the furnace, an intake flap would bang shut.

Furnitures in room were tired. Staff at front desk were not helpful at times when asked about Butchart Gardens transportation. Entrance to hotel at night was super dark and not well lit for safety. Elevator grimy buttons

A friend and myself went to Victoria for a day of xmas shopping and dinner out. We checked into the Magnolia a little early but they were more than accommodating. Had everything we needed within a few block radius form shopping,dining or just happy hour. The stay was so comfortable and hotel so well appointed..Christmas decorations were beautiful! Will return in a heartbeat!

This hotel is absolutely stunning. Great staff, great location and restaurant. The only drawback is there is no real parking so you have to valet for nearly $40 a night. Will absolutely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful couples stay. The hotel is clean and in good condition. Bedding we very comfortable. All of the staff were pleasant and kind. Many were helpful with general area questions. The hotel is centrally located making many things within easy walking distance. We would stay here again.
