Great property, great location, friendly staff, nice restaurant and lounge but some updating to elevators and bathrooms might be considered. I would definitely choose this location again as it was so well located to the waterfront area for scenery, shopping and dining.

Clean beautiful rooms. We got a room with a deck which was a nice perk. The M club lounge was amazing! Sadie our server in there was top notch! Had our room ready an hour earlier than check in time which was nice. Hot tub had the best strong jets!
The only issue we had was that the TV didn't come with a remote. So we had to call the front desk for one. Which we waited 20 mins. No remote. Had to call again and finally 10 mins later one came. The HDMI hook up to TV never even worked anyways so it was a wasted effort all along.

This is a great, easy hotel in central Victoria. Very walkable from the ferries and downtown. Easy to get to the shuttles that will bring you to everything touristy. Fantastic staff. Pool was great for the kids.
