You will never be disappointed. Much luxurious than any other hotels. Place is neat and clean, well equipped. Close to everything! They also have a private garage where you can pay if you rented a car.

This Apartment Hotel is beyond lovely. The rooms are spotless, very roomy and a full kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the bedding soft, cozy and warm. The staff at Black Pearl was kind, welcoming and always helpful. I will return!!

An absolute beautiful and modern facility in a perfect spot for getting around. The rooms are immaculate, and you can walk to bars restaurants and shopping. Most of the tours pick up right across the street. The staff was amazing. Cannot recommend this place more

The location is a great spot! It’s about a 15 minute walk from the church and rainbow road. There’s a variety of places to eat literally right next door or across the building with great variety. They offer parking in a garage which was what I chose instead of trying to find parking on the street. I was able to check in early as well. Very grateful for that because our flight landed very early and we were exhausted after our first tour. They have breakfast you can order brought right to the door which was fantastic after the first day since we felt a little lazy. Highly recommend. Very spacious, close to the city, parking available, and so on.

Wonderful place to stay! My husband and I went on our Anniversary trip and the apartment is spacious, comfortable, clean, and has a wonderful staff. The staff goes above and beyond to make your trip easy and comfortable and communicates very quickly on any questions before you arrive. The bed is comfortable, nice bathroom, kitchen (to cook food), and outdoor area. Also, the location is right by bus stop #4 - which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again!

Think about everything except the soundproof. In the bedroom, you could hear the conversations of people walking down the street and big noise moving cars. From early in the morning, you could clearly hear how the stuff were cleaning and vacuuming the rooms.

We spent a week here, weather was a bit rubbish but apartment was cosy, modern and spotless. Breakfast could be considered pretty steep but was amazing and so much food. Great location for exploring by foot and reception staff very helpful and friendly. Loads of nice places to eat and a big supermarket 10 min walk away as there is a small but fully fitted kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Reception staff was great on check in and check out. It was a great location and the apartment was clean and spacious. Layout has bedrooms by street so you get a lot of road noise, but all in all a great place

In downtown Reykjavik. Walking distance to many restaurants & shops. They offered parking for additional fee. You did not hear street noise; very quiet. We rented a suite which offered a king bed in a separate room; sofa bed; full kitchen; large bathroom & shower; fabulous water pressure in the shower. Beds super comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

Exceptionally clean and very comfortable spacious apartment. Helpful and friendly front desk. Perfect location for Bus stop 4 to catch the bus transfers for the tours, which made the early starts much more bearable and easy walking distance to everything the centre has to offer.

This was the perfect location for visiting the Old Harbor and all the shopping and dining areas. Just a short walk to the flea market. Bakery De Kock has delicious bagels and is just steps away from the front entrance. Be aware though, that excursion transportation does not pick up right at the hotel. You need to travel to bus 3 (about 6 blocks away in front of the Hard Rock Cafe) to be picked up for many excursions. The full kitchen was great for making a couple of meals. It is loud in this location though. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location. Staff are so very helpful. Kitchen is well stocked. Front desk gave us electrical adapters. Staff does a great job of cleaning the units each day and keeping towels and toiletries in the room. My one complaint is that the garage is so tight so only rent a small car. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Bus stop 4 is the closest, if anyone needs to know. Would say again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful apartment with plenty of space for a family with two teens. Great location for seeing the city and very safe. Issues with street noise at night. Very loud party area that ran through the night. Smell from the washroom was quite strong as well.

We stayed in a lovely one bedroom apartment for our 3 day stay in Reykjavik. It was quite a large space, with a comfy pullout couch for our kids and a separate bedroom for us. Everything was very clean and nice. I appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the central location. It's very near the harbor and close to many of Reykjavik's attractions. It was truly lovely.
