Amazing location close to dining, pubs, shopping, museums, etc., large bathroom, very comfortable couch and mattresses, wonderful light from large windows, sufficient storage for folding and hanging clothes, ample seating for 4 at the table, and (VERY importantly) absolutely superior responsiveness and customer service from the 24/7 online chat support team (which I used twice during my stay).
Flat, uncomfortable bed pillows (not all of which had pillow covers), only one, over-sized skillet with no lid which was awkward to use on the cooktop if a pot occupied the other cooking element (moving the skillet slightly in the wrong direction turned off the cooktop’s touch control). A one pound box of salt was available, but no shaker, nor any pepper or other seasoning.

Great location
Wasn’t thoroughly cleaned - several items from previous guests left behind

Nice modern apartment. Nice furniture, comfortable beds and pillows. Large bathroom, great shower. Secure PIN code locking from the street and to the apartment.
Very difficult to find by vehicle. We had to get out of the van and walk around the block to find the entrance. There was no parking associated with this apartment. We had to use a Parka lot which cost us $170.00 CA to park overnight. There was construction right in front of the apartments which should have disclosed at the time of booking or at least communicated to us before our arrival. It may have helped us find the place more easily.

"It was convenient that we had the option to connect the 2 apartments on the same floor via a shared balcony."
