Nice apartment for a couple of nights. It was clean and roomy. Close to shops.

Location is perfect for walking everywhere around the centre of Reykjavik and multiple bus stops easily accessible bus stop 14 is nearest (4mins walk) bus stop 5,12 and even BSI is not that far provided weather is good for walking. It is a no human interaction checkin checkout process but everything was smooth. Only finding the building at the start was bit confusing as we reached before the checkin time for luggage storage and did not get the instructions from property until then. We loved the concept of Guest storage where I was able to get fresh towels and coffee pods etc. even got toaster to use for 2 days which was amazing. Their welcome email is so detailed with all the instructions for how to access the building or use the hob or coffee machine but only helpful if you get the email before you even acess the property for storing luggage (before checkin time).
Cleaniless was not that great.. neither the corridors and nor the apartment itself. Could see loads of dust etc. in the corners of the room and bathrooms and kitchen had some chipped plates etc. not one of the cleanest. Also, they do share detailed instructions about everything in the apartment and how to access the building etc. but that email onky comes at checkin time which is not great. I would suggest sending the email a day prior or early morning so the travellers know what to expect. Checkin is way too late 3pm.

The property was Clean, with all the amenities specified and required during our four night stay.
There were issues opening the front door entrance door - coded mechanism - but the staff were always on call to help and responded vis SMS/email promptly.
