Such a wonderful location in the heart of town. Very clean, amenities were very good, and a nice apartment feel to it. We were back off of the main shopping street and it was so quiet. A great place to stay and the door keypads gave us a little more security. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Reykjavik.

Very nice modern room and facility with ample space and well equipped apartment
Parking in the area made it difficult to find something close so we had to porter our bags several blocks. Understanding the parking zones costs and rules was also a detriment for a short stay.

Vintage Apartment Hotel was fantastic. Getting inside and to our room was easy with the provided code. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great, spacious, with good water pressure. The room was beautifully designed, and the kitchen was well-equipped. There's a cabinet in the hallway with extra towels, coffee pods, and other items you might need more of. What a luxury! Prime location on Laugavegur, walkable to everything we wanted to see/do/eat in Reykjavík. I would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

The property was excellent in terms of quality, location, security
Worst place to choose during summers .. following are my reasons
1. no air condition and during summers the windows hardly open making it a hotbox
2. While the location is unbeatable I don’t understand what’s with Icelanders or tourist who are loud and drunk loud till 3 am in the morning.
You just can not sleep if you are here in summers with the heat and noise outside in the Main Street.
Please make sure not to book during weekends in this area during summer.
If you are looking for a peaceful night this is just not it with the windows (slightly open) and mad crowd in Main Street.
