Location was good and accommodations were comfortable.
The noise was a bit unfortunate, but can’t be fixed as it’s the largest city in Iceland. Truly the only downside!

Location is brilliant; rooms were adequate for 4 people; kitchen good. Was allowed to drop bags at a local hotel. Good communication with the hotel/owner. They are in the processes of selling the apartments.
Stairs hard work getting 20Kg upto the top floor; kind of spiral staircase; kitchen could do with an extra baking dish

Nice and spacious, well-equipped, comfortable bed. Ideally located on a quiet street only one mins walk from the bars / shops / cafes on Laugevegur. Keypad entry to main entrance and apartment.

The location was great, nearby the Rainbow Street.
Very noisy, both from the building and street noise. Not well stocked. Sofa beds were very uncomfortable. Shower curtain was moldy and doesn’t prevent water from getting all over the floor.
