Nice apartment with good kitchen facilities if you wanted to eat in, a good option given the prices in Reykjavík. Large space compared to hotel rooms.
Everything is no contact (which may be a plus for some people) with no front desk and if you need anything, you just have to message.

The Location was within walking distance to the shore line and many restaurants.
The beds were comfy., the elevator is. Clean and roomy by european standards.
The Check in n out was very smooth.
The team responded very promptly via WhatsApp to any queries.
Good neighborhood.
For a 7 night stay one would expect . Set of extra towels ( the same was provided thr next day upon request).
There are NO cupboard...Just a short hanging pipe off the wall to hang the clothes and one side wall with Pegs .
So we lived out of tge suitcases.
The kitchenette lacked some basic stuff like a spatula to fry an egg also just One large frying pan and 2 SS pots.
Crockery was sufficient.

We had amazing service when we emailed to request extra pillows. A lovely response within minutes and two fresh extra pillows delivered the next morning. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The shower was hot and strong - perfect!
There was no light in the kitchen except the light on the extractor fan. This seemed strange and quite inconvenient. The apartment is smaller than we expected, with nowhere to lay out suitcases. It was fine for the 4 nights we were there, I just kept my suitcase open under the bed to access things. My husbands side of the bed was hard up against the wall with no bedside table (but there was a good bedside light)

I like that they offer tea and coffee, the keypad entrance, the little balcony, shampoo/conditioner provided, great location
The walls are thin so you can hear other room/noise from the hallway, it’s quite a small space,
