Everything was beautifully set, my kids and family love it here especially the staff, the only thing that borders me was I have to come down to get towels at the front desk no house keeping after hours.

I like the staff at the hotel. I wasn't feeling well part of my stay dealing with spasms in my trapezius muscle. It was very painful so I stayed in my room in the morning and missed breakfast. The manager of the food service knew me from other visits and she missed me for breakfast time. When I made it down later she past me in the hallway and realized I had missed breakfast. So she got me some yogurts so I would have something to eat. She was very kind to me and went out of her way to see to my needs.
I also had pleasant conversation with another employee in the elevator who expressed how happy the employees were to have me as a guest and that they enjoyed their jobs. They realize how important I as a guest are to them and they do the very best they can to serve me.
I found this level of friendliness and helpfulness through my dealings with employees at the hotel and I will be back again many visits as my family lives hereby.

I stayed on the top floor, and one of the things I appreciated most was how quiet the hotel was. Because the building is constructed with masonry instead of thin drywall, I could barely hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the floor below, which made for a very peaceful stay. The only sounds I noticed were occasional cars passing outside through the window, but I never heard noise from other guests.
The hotel has been renovated in many areas. The bathroom, especially the bathtub, could use a little more attention, as it wasn't perfectly clean and could benefit from some fresh caulking and a bit of ceiling paint. It wasn't a major issue, though, and it didn't affect my overall experience.
There wasn't any air conditioning in the hallway, which I assume may be an energy-saving measure. I completely understand that, and it wasn't a problem since the room itself had excellent air conditioning and stayed very comfortable.
The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with a different selection of hot items each morning, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Housekeeping is provided every other day, but if you need anything in between, the staff are quick to take care of it.
Overall, I would absolutely give this hotel a 10/10. I would gladly stay here again without hesitation. The neighborhood is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Highly Recommended
