The bed is very comfortable. The view is the ocean so that’s great . They definitely don’t allow smoking of any kind in the room or on the balcony. Just smoke in your car . Parking under the hotel to protect your car. Also microwave in the room no coffee maker in the room . They make coffee in the lobby free

Our stay was so nice , starting with Bob at the front desk :) he was so welcoming as well as helpful with dinner spots !! The room was perfect and the balcony was the best part !!! Everything here was wonderful!! We’ll be back :)

I was upset with the price, I stayed there many times, and I did it on Expedia and the cost went from 99.99 a night to 278.00 for 2 nights and no one told me about 3rd night free. Hotels was decent but the way they handled it and told me not to use Expedia. they could have honored the 99.00 rate or at least the 108.00 we saw. Hotel was ok,, but I wont use expedia again

The prperty is a typical 3-star Hotel with not a lot of the wild Factor, but that's okay. Little things kept me from giving a four-star review, such as no ice machines on the individual floors. You had to go down to the lobby to get it. Your first bag is free weighed out in smaller bags to fit your ice container in your room. Every bag after that there was a charge for. There was no iron or ironing board in the room and I had to get that from the front desk. They're also was no soap in the room when we got there so I had to go back down to the desk to get that. Overall though it was a good stay and the view was very awesome from our balcony. I would stay there again for another quick trip to Hampton Beach.

Loved our one night getaway to Hampton Beach, this hotel is fabulous, very clean, quiet, great location, offeted microwave, hot cofee 24/7, will definitely be back again, have stayed there begore and it just keeps getting better.

Very clean! Staff is excellent and friendly! I wish the cable/tv situation was better. Not a lot of options while watching tv due to weak signals. A booster might help. But i love this hotel and have already booked 2 more visits.

We were only in town for one night for a concert at the casino ballroom. The hotel was perfect for this. It was a very short walk to the venue. It was nice to wake up and stroll the beach across the street.

Love the location and view from our room especially for the price! The room was clean and staff was polite. The hotel is a little old and there are very minimal amenities. The fridge didn’t work very well and there was no coffee or microwave in the room. Overall, a pleasant visit to Hampton.

The check-in was easy and the staff friendly with good recommendations for a meal (which were counter-intuitive -- they suggested we eat at Boardwalk, which didn't look as nice as Breakers, and Boardwalk DEFINITELY had a better menu and, on trying both, better food too). We had a partial view toward the rear of the building and legit it was most partial -- ask for one closer to the ocean or spring for the oceanfront room. (We asked; none was available because it was a big weekend because JOURNEY TRIBUTE BAND. I mean, OK!) The rooms are a little out of date but were clean and pleasant. Fair value for the money and the ability to walk right out to the beach.

The Ocean front room was fantastic, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff was warm, friendly and very helpful. I have already booked another 3 days in November. If you are looking for a hotel at Hampton Beach, I highly recommend Hampton House Inn. You won't be disapointed.

First time at this hotel. They were not very nice at the front desk. I asked for feather free room. I am allergic and they said they don’t have feathers. I could tell there was feathers. I took the pillows apart and found feathers. They tried telling me someone left that there. It looked just like hotel pillows. The room was dirty. Black around the toilet. I don’t recommend staying there.
