The bed sheets are very old they've got holes in them and the room smells terrible.

the rooms are not clean, there are cockroaches on the walls, the bathroom is old, the towels and sheets are old and worn.

We arrived at this hotel at 8 pm. You have to be buzzed into the office because the area is so unsafe. It has an hourly rate posted on the bulletproof glass. Shady characters in the parking lot, the room smelled like smoke, mirror on the ceiling, gun shots out back all in the 30 minutes we spent in the room. Despite it being non-refundable, we just left. What is your life worth?

Not safe and not even ok for one night. Very run down. The hotel is in a very poor and dangerous area and very easy for thieves to climb in through the window, because you can’t lock it. The isolation was very poor, so it sounded like sleeping in the street. The supposed warm water in the shower was colder than the cold water! The sheets were dusty and hairy.. There was no quilt in the bed and the room was cold. I had to use the dirty bedspread to keep warm. The staff was friendly and the bed comfortable.

The room was not properly cleaned out. There was a condom wrapper in the drawer. The covers was very itchy and I couldn’t sleep properly. The a/c couldn’t go below 60 degrees. This hotel is for one night stands only, not a for a good

This place is trash. The parking lot is extremely small to park a mini-van, filthy rooms, I personally saw more than 10 roaches/crickets. The AC was broken and I informed the manager that it needed to be fixed. The manager insisted that it was typical Miami heat and there was nothing she could do to get it fixed. I asked her for another room and she said that all rooms have the same AC's and refused to give us another room. I couldn't get a refund and was forced to stay one more night. The toilet was held together with duct tape, the window in the bathroom wouldn't shut all the way, which didn't help with the humidity. The clientele that stayed at the establishment were very shady. There were several creepy maintenance guys that would hang out near our door and smoke their cigarettes. The bedding had burnt cigarette holes all over them. There was dirt on the floor as if it needed to be swept and mopped. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The place had no where near enough parking for the amount of rooms, and what was there made you feel like you were going to have some damage when you got up the next days. The check-in was fine minus them not giving you any WiFi info. Then there’s no phone in the room to try and reach the office, and when you call the office from your cell, no one ever picks up the phone. The door to the room had a regular lock ad deadbolt which I thought would be fine, but then once I was on the inside, the doorframe showed signs of forced entry past venue the dead bolt. The curtains were barely on the rod and tattered, the fridge was rusted, the AC unit had two modes, blasting fridged death or not functioning. The window above it was Not securely closed when I got in, and then only one side would latch, with no other means of securing the window. The bathroom door was screwed shut to hold it back together from what looks like someone breaking it in. The bathroom shower curtain looked like it was stolen from a Wyndham due to their branding tags being on it. There were no toiletries be sides a tiny bars of hand soap. The plumbing in the tub was fractured metal with no indication of hot or cold and leaked everywhere when using. When I got up to used the restroom at night, I turned on the light to see a bunch of roaches scatter. The fee was non-refundable or I wouldn’t have stayed in the room, barricading the door and being glad that I had access to protection in case my life was in danger.

Everything looked old, scarred, stained, and just run-down overall. The place is need of a major renovation. But I fear that will drive up the already-high price, and people will just start sleeping at the airport instead.

Bathroom door didn’t close (there were pieces of toilet paper shoved into the door frame. There was a broken hanger wedged in the bathroom window. There were fruit flies everywhere. The second bed had two mattresses stacked on top of each other with the plastic wrapping. The ceilings were made of different tiles, and even some with mirrors. Towels were stained. Pros: Check in/out was smooth & quick. They had 24 hour check in. Free parking. Close to airport. Kind staff. I’d say this is only really good for quick stay to sleep after a long flight.
