I was given a room that had old clothes in drawers . The remote for the fav had no batteries, no toilet paper , soap or any toiletries. I asked manager, got nothing . I want a full refund

Unfortunate. Room was occupied even though i had reservations and were in a disarray.

Was really strange as apparently several homeless people were sleeping in the back outside a few rooms where we had guests. In the day time they would pull grass or other menial tasks, none that improved the grounds. They would ignore trash on the ground. I deduced that maybe when the hotel did not have guests, this four of five would use the rooms, likely for drugs, sex and other things. Bed sheets did NOT look clean. Slept with my clothes on

This place was disgusting, the bed was unmade with pistachios under the sheets and not a single towel or napkin

Check the shower stall in 103. There is a crack...may or may not be leaking below and causing long term water damage.

The man that checked us in was friendly and guided us to the room. The room itself was pretty run down. There wasn't any soap provided, a third of a roll of toilet paper, the beds were uncomfortable and very creaky, it smelt like cigarettes as people were smoking right outside our room, and the walls were paper thin. We could hear someone yelling very early in the morning. We check out early in the morning. The drop key box was convient.

Roaches in the room, burn holes in the sheets and a weird red substance dripping down the mirror in the room. It was awful. Had to buy roach spray and roach motels just to be able to walk in without seeing roaches running around. Front desk said they could move us to another room but they were all compromised with roaches. Will not stay here again.

There were cockroaches & bedbugs throughout our unit. The floors were dirty and we had to clean off all the counter tops.
It was advertised as $57/ night, but add ons ran it up to $98.

Yeah the place was nice from outside at night because of the lights and stuff., but I had the room 617 believe it’s facing the street.. I killed two spiders and three roaches..on the last night there, it was too late for us to complain..

Everyone at this property is friendly and overall wonderful. It’s a cozy little beach spot for a day or a few. I appreciate the accommodations!

It was like being in a great movie. Very unconventional. Interesting friendly characters all around. A really great experience worth writing about. It’s got history.

Odd experience all around. Broken fixtures, no maid service, not clean, roaches, and had to ask for toilet paper because there was none.

The place needs renovation. The room was full of cockroaches. The price advertised is not what you end up paying. Better to go to nearby places with similar price. They seemed to be impolite.

Stayed here for a last minute trip and was very nice, but will say the furniture is outdated and some of the fans in the room don’t work. :/

I never leave reviews and honestly host airbnbs myself. This place was gross. From sheets on the bed flipped inside out to cockroach’s at night crawling in us and the floor having sunflower seeds eaten and the sink having hair. I’m sorry, it was the cheapest stay in the area but sometimes you pay for what you get and this was absolutely the case here… would NOT recommend 👎

Oh boy, where to start… the property reeks of cigarettes, it’s filthy, unkept, lamps in the room did not work because were not plugged in, because there were no outlets on all that side of the wall. No light bulbs in the ceiling fan, not one light in the room!! There was a cigarette burn on the sheet. The floor from the bed to the bathroom is not even. There’s no curtains, the blinds are smaller than the window frame, with a broken blind. Of course after all this, whatever you imagined the bathroom was like, multiply it by 10, pictures will say 1000 more words!!

Cockroaches, sheets dirty, air didn’t work, windows broken. Cops were called as tweakers took over the building. Refund if possible. We left after 2 hours.

It was nice enough for a cheaper room, but I had no air in my room, and upon trying to get switched rooms or help with fixing it, I never got any response from staff

The manager and his son were rude. My first room smelled terrible. The place is rundown and has dangerous paths. There weren’t any drinking glasses, tissues, bath gel. There was terrible noise beginning at 7 am. The checkin time is too late.
The only positive was its good location. We were able to walk everywhere.

The room was not clean. The towels were used. The shower wasnt usable as it had a massive crack in the bottom of it. There was no toilet paper. Someone had left a canteen in the kitchen.

Unfortunately a lot of roaches. Had to remove all our belongings from room. Did not stay 2nd night. Had to dispute refund,after 3rd attempt,they did refund us. The hotel is in great location,could use updates. Not sanitary,not good for your health could smell roach spray in our room.

We read reviews about drug users living and working at this hotel but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. The reviews were correct and when we returned in the evening after our event, there was a verbal and physical domestic assault taking place in one of the rooms. It was very uncomfortable.

We could not stay there. We had an instant headache from the chemical smell. ( possibly cleaning supplies?!?) Not sure. The staff offered another room, but we declined since it was probably cleaned with the same chemical. A few people on the property seemed ‘off’. We didn’t feel safe. We had to leave.

The amount of money spent for a few days was not worth of the quality that I've experienced. I expected casablanca inn and they had a better quality rooms for very affordable prices.

I made the reservation 9:05 and the manager closed the office at 9pm. I walked to the office I knocked the the window he told me bad words I had 3 daughters in the car and they grandpa in the car waiting. The manager was mad at me.

The on-line pictures were very deceiving. We were concerned about safety. Grounds were unkempt, dirty laundry lying around, etc.
