Honestly can’t find a better bang for your buck around this area. Sheets were dirty but I just went to the front desk and asked for new sheets, staff are really friendly. Walking distance to the bars and beach. Perfect for a young group of friends who just need a place to stay or even a young couple who don’t want to damage their bank account. No bugs, no homeless people. My room was great other than the bed sheets. Cheap, close to a lot of things.

The guy at the reception desk was immediately available when I arrived after midnight. He knew my name and had my room ready to go. He was also immediately available in the morning when I locked myself out of my room. Great service.

We really enjoyed our cozy and bright room at this classic motel! The location was great- quiet and a close walk to the beach. Shelly at the office was so friendly and helpful-The parking was easy in the parking lot and also on the street in front. Everything in the room worked great! it is an older buildings so there are older floors that slope slightly, but the walls are freshly painted, the shower was great and the bed was really comfortable. It was a comfortable and affordable stay with friendly staff!🌺

A very charming, nicely maintained unique hotel, that has all the expected amenities. Located in a quiet residential, but central location, within walking distance of many good restaurants and Avenida del Mar,
However, making it the rare unexpected gem, was their outstanding and genuinely warm, very kind and helpful staff. No matter what and why,
, even after waking them up at 2:00 am, asking them for a new key card again, they asked if I needed help to carry my suitcase back to the room!
I just hope management knows what a great bunch of people they pay have hired. I rarely do any reviews because it's all the same except for a noteworthy experience such as the ''Oceana unique boutique hotel"
