The hotel had a friendly and helpful staff. They even let me borrow some kitchen utensils to use in my room overall very good experience.

Room was cramped and not the cleanest. Carpet in the room had dirty spots and the corridor and room had heavy chemical fragrances (used in cleaning and to mask odors). The neighborhood also is a bit grimy although still felt pretty safe. It’s a good hotel for a one night stay especially if you are transiting through the nearby Sogutlucesme station which is a main high speed rail station.

I arrived at the hotel early, around 8:00 a.m., after an overnight flight. The front desk staff kindly allowed me to check in early so I could rest, without any extra charge, which I truly appreciated.
The staff’s hospitality was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed.

All was great but the smoke come through the A/C vents because most of the rooms I’ve stayed in have a lingering scent of smoke - even when they didn’t smell like smoke the first day, by day 3 the bathroom smelled of smoke! And I don’t smoke. 😢
