Great room and pool. Breakfast was sub par

People were super friendly. The room, the water didn’t get very hot for showers, and sink faucet has buildup. Beds weren’t terrible but the pillows made me wake and my husband with neck pain and we are feeling it bad enough still at the end of the day we are making chiropractor appointments tomorrow.

Enjoy our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the breakfast was horrible. The eggs were burnt and soggy. They burned the eggs and then added water to dried burnt eggs. The potatoes were dry as well. Other than that we were pleased with our stay.

Very nice Hampton, convenient for a shopping weekend! I was impressed with the workout room (Peleton bike!) and the breakfast. For the breakfast, They had a large variety, and a nice staff member who actually kept up with cleaning and stocking (rare, these days!) would recommend for a quick stay!

When i arrived the person at the front desk appeared as though i was bothering her. She had her phone up the entire time. She didn’t even tell me my room number or wait for me to leave the desk before she went back behinr a locked door. When I got to the 4th floor there was bunch of litle boys playing hockey in the middle of the hallway while two moms stood and watched. All they could say is "I hope you don't have to go past them to get to your room". The boys could be heard on the 1st floor so I'm not sure why it was being allowed.

Nice place all around. Clean, friendly staff, room as nice and clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Wouldn't go there for breakfast if I wasn't staying there, but that's true of any hotel breakfast.

Breakfast was awful and things were constantly out and not getting refilled. No locks on the bathroom doors is absolutely ridiculous.

Our thermostat in our room did not work, said error. There was missing part on nightstand/console between beds. I hope they do not think we did that. Breakfast, muffins seemed dried out.

As someone that only seeks out Hampton hotels for my overnight stays this facility shows its age. Cleaning carpets and room repairs need to be done with some better maintenance

Very comfortable. Easy check in. Our front desk associate was amazing. Saw me the next day and remembered my name. Was very friendly. (Ashley was her name) would definitely stay here again.

Conditioner in the shower empty. The shower head was poor as about 1/3 of the water continued to come out of the bathtub spout. The faucet in the sink cannot be turned to either hot or cold due to design. By the bedside there are no places to plug in devices for charging so the phone needs to be across the room. Bed and linens nice but the little things woudl have made it much better.

Took 15 minutes of waiting before the girl came to the desk from the back room, obviously high out of her mind. Took a long time for her to then figure out the computer and get our room number. The room was nice but the bedding had body hair in it and there were spiders in the bathroom. Definitely not what I expected from a Hampton Inn. We will never be returning to this particular hotel.

Hamptons are pretty consistent. Rugs in the hallways had staining, but the room was clean. There are so many dining options available close to this hotel.

It was okay, we definitely had higher hopes for cleanliness. The bathroom sink didn’t have hot water, the pack n play we used from the hotel smelled awful, there was some type of bodily fluid dried on the main door, the pool area was way too warm and the smell of chlorine/chemicals burned our eyes. Overall it was okay but I don’t think we’ll book here again.

Did not get the room i reserved. Charged me for a King and got a Queen with less amenities in the room.

Have stayed here before but it seemed much more rundown this time. Not Hampton standards. Was given a handicap accessible room which was not requested and had a terrible odor. Went and asked for a different room. Towels smelt like grease. Refrigerator did not work. For what it cost I could have found something much better.
