The location was great. It felt safe and convenient. We had everything we needed all around the area.

I was surprised for the cost how inefficient this hotel was, from no room info packets of amenities and times, to cold breakfast and coffee.

All is good with our room but the shower only has one sliding door. Did not notice until we were all in and done with the pool and ready to take showers. Needless to say we ended up with a small pond after cleaning up 2 children. The pool seems like it has a little algae build up on the bottom and the hot tub says out of commission.

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. It was fabulous. Upon checking in, Eric, who was behind the front desk told me that there was a small issue in booking. I had been at a baseball tournament in the hot sun and rain all day, but he surprised me with an amazing upgrade. I think it had been over booked through a site and we were able to be upgraded to two king suite rooms that adjoined at no extra charge. Made my day as well as the rest of my family. Also was great to provide grilling supplies for the beautiful patio. Just a wonderful overall experience! So wonderful that I booked this same chain in a different location for this upcoming weekend! Bath room is not good. Broken shower curtain, no conditioner and soap. Bed room: night stand switch is broken. TV in both rooms were not function. Couldn’t use TV.

We were without TV in both rooms. No resolution in sight. We weren’t told at the desk when we checked in and no effect put to fix problem. After a long day of traveling I expect a working TV for news and enjoyment. We are very disappointed with or stay. We only had one bath towel and two hand and two was cloths. Would have appreciated a full set of fresh linens.

The cleanliness of the property. The spaciousness of the room. The eggs our first day were very dry. The cheese omelets the second day were much better.

Hotel has a nice floor plan/set-up for family. Check-in wasn’t very friendly, but room and breakfast were nice. Great location near restaurants/shopping.

Location was perfect for what we needed. Pool was VERY cold. Hot tub jets didn't work. No towels. Hot breakfast items were dry. No extra blankets for pull out bed.

The bed was comfortable. The pool was cold. The hot tub wasn’t hot enough and the bubbles didn’t work.

I liked big rooms. I did not like that I had no control of temperature in my room. Called front desk. She came to room turned on fan. Said that was all that could be done. Room was to hot entire stay.

I always enjoy staying at Homewood Suites. Everything is very clean and comfortable and staff is very friendly

The property was very clean and maintained with excellent staff! The only issue we had was breakfast, and the poor quality that we received with both the food and the kitchen help.

Front desk charged me for my stay even though it was already paid for through hotels.com. Breakfast was sub par at best. Food was cold and they ran out of food over an hour and a half before it was scheduled to close. Many unhappy guests.

Property was clean. The room was a perfect fit with a kitchen, office and a lot extra space perfect for me and my family. I wish next time there are more and better breakfast options.

Cleanliness of room was disappointing. I don’t know when the last time the ceiling fan had been cleaned. There was a large greasy hand print on the wall and the dishwasher didn’t want to start because the door wouldn’t stay closed. The breakfast was good and the pool area was clean

Room was clean, comfortable bed. The pool area was open til midnight which was nice, only thing I was not impressed with was the selection for hot breakfast food.

There was hair in the shower when we got in the room. Also, Orbitz advertises the hotel offers an airport shuttle, not true. This really left us in a bind because my husband had to be at the airport very early in the morning and we had our son with us, who I didn’t want to wake up to take my husband to the airport. The shuttle was the entire reason we booked this hotel. The desk staff didn’t care that it was an issue, basically said we didn’t have to stay there and orbitz told me to book a shuttle on their website that they *might* be willing to reimburse us for, then told us that there was no shuttle available to book, wth? I asked the orbitz agent why she couldn’t guarantee reimbursement for a taxi or something (Uber doesn’t exist in this area apparently) to which she replied “because you haven’t paid for anything, that’s why”. Uh, I paid $220 for a hotel room with an airport shuttle actually. Overall, SUPER disappointed with orbitz and Homewood Suites but mostly Orbitz. The hotel website doesn’t show they have an airport shuttle so Orbitz is the one doing the false advertising and refusing to make it right. I will pay a little extra and not book thru Orbitz anymore since they won’t stand behind their app/website statements.

Personnel at lobby was rude when I checked in and when I checked out as well, seems like they were definitely tired of being there.

Breakfast was decent. Air conditioning nice and cool. Never any pool towels. Hot tub out of order.

I check in about 3 and there was 1 person at the desk and 5 of us checking in. She struggled with it. I know there are staffing issues everywhere, but on a Saturday at check in I would have hoped for 2 people at the desk.
