The staff at this hotel were amazing. They have a big job managing everyone but we were taken care of quickly and someone was always there to help with our bags. The service was so good. The room itself is a little dated but you hardly spend any time in your room anyway. Breakfast was great and check out was quick.

The hotel was beautiful, immaculate. It was clean, had all the amenities you could want and the staff was very kind and helpful. The breakdown buffet included with the room was top notch. Even though I'm vegan, there was more than enough to choose from.

Concierge helps with our luggage when we exit the cable car station going to the hotel. Concierge helps us with luggage well. Breakfast was awesome. Receptionists are helpful.
