Room was very close to the gym, office and common area. Great view and nice gym. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Refrigerator in our room never got cold even after having a technician take a look at it. Also there was an ATM machine on the property that did not function.

The place was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views that made the stay very enjoyable. The pools were also fantastic and one of the highlights of our visit. The property itself is well maintained and offers a relaxing atmosphere.
What I did not like was the food. The menu was very limited and did not offer enough variety. For example, one night the only main option available was pork, and since we do not eat pork, that left us with very few choices. Another issue was the lack of a kids’ menu. Traveling with a child can be challenging when there are no child-friendly food options, especially since children do not always eat what is offered on the regular menu.
Overall, the beautiful location, stunning views, and excellent pools were great, but the dining experience could be improved by offering more menu options and including a kids’ menu.

The whole staff was amazing, the view was incredible. They had good hours on the pool and bars and restaurant. The truck shuttle did a great job and hotel was beautiful. Only negative I can say and it didnt bother me, was some buildings and walls needed some tlc and repairs, but I will come back.
