Hotel was very nice, clean and safe. Great location. Only reason not rating as 5 is the room service took a number of calls to action each time, for drinks, a blanket etc. Overall would certainly stay again

The hotel is located very convenient near the temple of the sacred tooth relic.
The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful.
We came by car and could park at the hotel car parking in front of the hotel.
From there we were incredibly friendly and sufficient guided through the whole process.
Within no time we were in our rooms.. with a nice few and wonderful balcony.
The diner and breakfast were wonderful.
The owner of the hotel can be proud on this staff group!! Also the Barista across the street was a big plus.
